Well my order was due to be delivered…
Well my order was due to be delivered between the 17-19 and when checking the status of the order it says it is out for delivery but when I check with an post they still haven't received it yet. I'm still waiting on boots to contact me back but haven't heard a thing. It's a disgrace. Boots does not make it easy to contact them, there should be an option when waiting for an order to email directly to them.

I ordered a canvas print early…
I ordered a canvas print early December, plenty of time to arrive by Christmas. I got a notification on 9th December to say it was dispatched and no updates after that despite me checking the tracking regularly l. I eventually rang ‘customer service’ on 22nd December to be told ‘it was dispatched on the 9tg December’ ‘oh no hang on tracking is t working’, ‘actually I’ll just order it for you’. No explanation as to what happened my order, no other insight into the tracking that I had myself. No interest in what had happened to my order. It remains to be seen whether the new order will arrive. This wasn’t inexpensive and I expected much better from Boots.

Good quality
