bootybands.com Reviews

The customer service is excellent, and the customer representative is friendly and helpful.

I ordered multiple products on November 11th and one month later I haven’t received my order. I’ve canceled my order and I’m waiting for a confirmation and refund. I’m disappointed they couldn’t deliver the product or provide me a delivery date.

Timely response and resolved my issue without any back and forth. Thank you so much!!!

Monica was so great even though I would go off the question she let me express myself and I could feel the true caring side. Her compassion and communication is great and it was easy for me to open up to her because I felt safe and comfortable. She genuinely cares and wants to see me succeed and grow!

Great customer service which is rare nowadays. Got back to me in a timely manner and resolved the issue

I love how Monica spoke me as a professional but super friendly! She made me comfortable talking with her and telling her my goals.

Amazing customer service, same day response. I was worried i was going to have to wait for ever for someone to get back to me but they go above and beyond

Love my set. Length of the bar is perfect. Had an issue with shipping and owner was responsive and willing to correct shipping issue. As soon as touching the band I was sure this was a good purchase and confident I'll see results. Thanks ladies at booty bands

This product is so amazing! Great quality and price! I love using it daily from the booty bands/body bands to the weights. The app for all the workouts are awesome. They help me tone and lose weight. Helps me stay accountable.

I completely love my barbell weights and booty bands. They are versatile and great for a home gym. I love how this company is women empowering women.

Booty Bands and Barbells is a wonderful company and program! It is not just about the name - it’s a whole uniquely amazing experience. In addition to purchasing the cutest barbell ever - my life has also changed drastically. I took advantage of the free 1on1 coaching call with Coach Monica, joined the Facebook group and downloaded the Booty Bands and Barbells app. The app has awesome workouts and coaches like Danita and Daisy Ray. Their energy is out of this world and will get you pumped during your workouts! Booty Bands and Barbells also offers an accountability program and I have the pleasure of working with my amazing coach Danita everyday. With this program I have learned more about my body, MIND, and nutrition than I have in the past 11 years of my weightloss journey. In just 5 weeks I’ve lost 10lbs, 4inches, 1.8% of my BMI, improved my mindset, and my body looks and feels AMAZING. If you’re serious about getting life changing results I highly recommend.

I love this program💝 In less than a month, I am already seeing results. My waist is getting smaller and my butt is getting more round and toned! For almost a year I was killing my self at boot camp every day for 45 min and all I needed was 15 min with booty bands.

All the positive reviews are fake. Pay attention to 1star reviews. If you purchased something from them and haven't received anything by now you're scammed.
The owner's famous excuse line "small woman owned company, we have no control over manufacturers being delayed like big companies like Amazon etc."
Hey Danita, don't sell stuff that you don't have in stock. I never ordered customized item!
Danita the owner also uses gaslighting tactic by telling you other customers are sweet and understanding about this. Sorry girl, I'm not sweet and I want my money back. I'm disputing my charge through my bank after 3weeks of wait now. Danita won't even reply to me anymore because I'm not sweet to her.

I recently purchased a weight set from bootybands.com, $450 worth of weights. Per their website it's supposed to ship if it's in stock (which nothing indicated it wasn't) within 3-7 days. After a week, a shipping label was created to give me a false sense that it had been shipped, when in fact it sat for another 2 and a half weeks due to manufacturing delays. It took almost a month with several communications back and forth to get some kind of answer.
Now the product, at $500 for a barbell and weight set, you'd expect it to be relatively decent quality. The weights are average quality, but the barbells they sent do not match the description at all! They're cheap metal barbells with screw ends (versus what's advertised as nice barbells with clamps included). So instead of being able to quickly swap weights, you now need to unscrew and rescrew after every change and listen to constant rattling during little movement because of how loose things are.

Extremely great customer service! I felt very taken care of . 10/10

I freaking love Booty bands! Not only is the equipment legit, but the workouts are straight up amazing. Being a mom of three working out seemed impossible…but Danita is able to get you sweating with a 15 minute workout, which is exactly what I needed. I got my motivation back, I was able to stay consistent and I’m getting results!

Fast shipping and great quality items! Had a small hiccup with one of my items and the issue was addressed right away. Would highly recommend to all my friends!!

I love these bands!! They are really well made and very comfortable. I bought mine and instantly threw away every cheap, crappy, rubbery band I had stashed in my workout room. These are the cadillac of resistance bands. Also really enjoy these workouts too - short, fun, and effective.

I had a great coach call. I explained my body goals and she really listened. She gave me positive feedback and great suggestions on how to achieve my goals and better incorporate more protein. She explained how my diet can help me achieve my goals along w/ best exercise to focus on and maximize hypertrophy.
