I just received my first Boston Scally Cap. I purchased The Eire on my son's recommendation. I Love this cap, it fits great and looks great! This is my first of many.

Wow great caps! Hats and caps never look good on me but I decided to try their, *The Bruiser* cap in black and it looks great! I've had so many compliments from strangers about it. So, I decided to try another cap,the "5-Panel' Original Boston Scally Cap". I wore it for the first time last night to a casino and received 5 compliments on the cap. The fit is excellent. I sent a message to them yesterday (Sunday) and I received a response the next morning. Great products and even better customer service!

I never had a problem so far with the service and delivery is always pretty fast. My problem is with my second hat. It's totally off center. If the stitching isn't centered then no matter how you wear it it looks crooked on your head. The price you pay... The cap should be perfect. I have 2. Will look elsewhere

I bought a hat on Nov 14 2021. I received it a few weeks later. The material was flimsy, cheap, and felt very plastic-y. Worse, it didn't fit. I started an exchange through their site. After receiving the exchange slip, I sent the hat back in the original box.

A few days later I went back to the Scally cap site to check on my exchange. My email suddenly wasn't found and neither was the order number. I have spent two months emailing them and contacting them on social media asking nicely for exchange instructions please. The chat boxes show the messages have been read, but there is no reply at all.

They have scammed me out of $50.

I have to agree with the rest here. DHL e-commerce? Seriously? Why would any company use this service? Horrible tracking and service. Boston Scally has to do better than this in 2022!

Crooked stitched piece of junk. Don't waster your money on this garbage. Product is made horribly and they charge you $50 for it. Don't even try to complain because they will tell you to return it. Well they charge you a restocking fee which makes it better to just use it as an overpriced piece of toilet paper. Do not waste your time or money on some fake Boston bro boy brand. Hanna Hats is hand made in Ireland and made with pure 100% wool, not 15% like these hacks.

When you read food ingredients, the first mentioned is what there is the most, right? So when Boston Scally lists their hats as “wool, polyester”, I expected a wool like feel to a traditionally wool made cap. Was I ever wrong! There was no wool feel to the material at all. It was actually 90 % polyester! Now, they did refund me quickly, but the kept about $18.00 from my original payment. That’s a hefty cost for crap! Now, I did buy another WOOL hat for the same price, and FaceBook gave me the link. Now, Boston Scall, aka BS, look for more reviews from me.

My caps are still in transit, so this is about how they are sent, not about the product. Boston Scally uses DHL "e-commerce" to send their caps, and the company charges $10+ for getting the cap(s) to the domestic US customer in 7 - 9 days. I don't know why they use DHL, but the USPS would deliver faster, cheaper, and would provide tracking, too. Heck, Amazon Prime would get it to me the next day at no additional charge. Whoever made the decision to use DHL should be invited to join the rest of us in the 21st century.

Decent product but incredibly bad customer support. Eighteen days since I placed an order. USPS shows no record of scanning the shipment in, no interim sorting centers, yet Boston Scally keeps responding that this is the Post Office’s problem, and I should just “wait a few more days.”

I have contacted three times now, and eac time the response is essentially “oh that post office, just wait a few more days and you’ll have it.” Today, I requested a refund, same damn response, they won’t even accommodate a direct request for credit.

A former customer, not to be again.

My flat is high quality, fits well. I had to return my first one because I chose the wrong size. Customer service was awesome and had me taken care of that very same day, with shipping label and my replacement. I will definitely be buying more.

Buyer beware. This company does not care about their repeat customers. I have 10-15 hats from this company. I buy a new one, throw it on my wall and get around to wearing it eventually. After tons of loyalty (buying for myself, receiving as a gift from others), I had one manufacturing quality issue with a hat. It could have been easily resolved with a phone call, a credit, or really any type of indication from Boston Scally that they care about their product and the fact that I have $600+ of their inventory in my possession. Instead, the person at Boston Scally refused to help, leaning on their deficient return policy (30 days for a manufacturing quality issue, come on now) and refusing even to help look up my order number. The person seemed very dismissive and uninterested in my ongoing business, so I shall spend my money elsewhere and work hard to inform other potential customers of Boston Scally's treatment of loyal customers.
