I placed my order and got it in a timely fashion. I did not pay extra for extradited shipping and i had it in 4 days. very happy about that. The Hat fits great and I feel it is good quality product.
this is my 4th hat from there. I have been reading review of some issues with returns. My first hat was too big, I had all my paperwork, and emailed I needed to return and get a different size. it was flawless. I had zero issue with the return policy at all.

All I can say is buyer beware. Hubs ordered 2. Totally excited to get them. Measured according to their measurement guide. Both were way too big. You can't talk to a human to resolve anything quickly. You have to email. Now one of the caps he ordered, isn't available anymore. Here's their refund policy - "For a refund of product, refunds must be processed within 14 days of original purchase date in order to receive the refund amount minus shipping and restocking fee." They can't get the product to you in 14 days, so how in the hell are you supposed to return it in 14 days???? You can only exchange it for a different size, which they no longer have, or take a store credit. We'll do the store credit for replacements, and never buy from them again. So disappointed.

I ordered a hat for my son for Christmas with no problems but he returned it because it was too large. The problem with Boston Scally is even though they gave me a credit I have not been able to apply it. No return communication through email or phone to help with the order. I feel like they took my money and my son’s Xmas present. Not a good way to run a business!

Great quality cap. This company has gone above and beyond to make sure their customers order the right size. I’m so happy I ordered another one! If you’re hesitant as I was, just order one. You won’t be disappointed! This cap is beautiful and made just right. No more ball caps for me, only Boston scully caps. Don’t know waste your money on any company that say they are equal to these caps. Boston scully caps are the only ones you should trust! Your money will not be wasted with this company for you will feel you got a steal! Bring back the true Gentleman again fellas and order one now!

ZERO STARS! I bought a hat that was made defectively -- too much fabric in top layer and was poofy and sticking out. Looked horrible. During their baloney 30 day return period, I initiated a return/exchange, but it didn't get completed during the 30 day period. Now they say too bad, so sad. Crappy company. Check out the 1 star reviews and you will see that you better hope to get lucky and get a hat that is correct and no issues or you are hosed. Better products at better prices available elsewhere.

Boston Scally, over several purchases the past few years, has shown nothing but excellent service, great products, and high quality! The people there are top drawer.

BEWARE of customer service! I purchased hat, mailed it back for exchange, lost tracking number and they can't find package. Sent a dozen emails with proof of purchase. No luck, soooo no hat, no exchange, no refund. Bad business practice.

Terrible ... I mean the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They screwed up and cancelled one of my orders on a limited edition cap. Then they still sent a worthless part of the order, the pin to go with the hat they never sent me. Then they want to charge me a restocking fee on the pins they screwed up on. The caps are poorly made with the size being off and the seams rarely being straight. Buyer beware.

For a while I've been looking for a hat of this style. Nothing really felt right, nor I though looked good on me. As soon as I put my Boston Scally on that was it!! OMG! Just love it and will be buying more in different patterns and colors...just love them!! They just feel right!
I was concerned about the size and big BIG HEAD and I reached out to them directly. Response was immediate and assured me that if it didn't fit, I could return and exchange. Big part of buying anything anywhere is customer service and these guys are first class! Thank you Boston Scally!

Christmas gift from my daughter.
Showed up today wrinkled and creased and not in a condition I would have paid any price for.
(I have about 20 different scallys already.
Customer service (🤷🏻‍♂️) told me I could get a steamer or iron it or put it in dryer. And if none of that was to my liking I could get a new hat (why would a new one be in any better shape) a store credit or lose 8.95 plus the 9$ it cost to ship.
Sadly I will keep the Substandard product/ not made in Boston or USA and Ask my Daughter not to shop at Boston Scally

Nothing traditional anymore, made and brought to you by the Irish lads in China. Purchased the 8 panel trainer as a gift and it feels flimsy and not quality. For the cost plus the cost of delivery it took 7 business days and came in a crappy box with some tape that says Boston Scally. I just assumed after spending 15.00 to 20.00 more on the brand that it would be shipped promptly and the packaging would reflect the price. Your better off purchasing from "weaversofireland.com" it's traditional, quality and made in Ireland.
