Placed an order on 11/7/2022 got an email saying the order was received and that it takes 10-14 days to process the order because “this is not a drive through”Kelis is constantly pushing new products but not fulfilling current orders… I emailed this obviously non existent customer service team on 11/28 and no reply… so as of today it’s been 25 days which is completely insane and out of scope for what she guarantees… fooled me once but never again!!!
Customers sustain the business, respect them.
Kelis has good products but, Customer Service Sucks! It makes no sense that their the only company I deal with that has such extreme shippin delays. Every where else companies are delivering packages in a timeley manner.
I signed up for a subscription. My money was taken on 10/1. By 10/17 there still was no tracking# sent. So, I sent an email. No response, but on 10/19 I got a tracking#. It shows the label has been created. It is now 10/31 and no product has been shipped.
Like another reviewer said, new products are constantly being promoted, but current orders are not being filled in a timely manner. I sent a follow-up email. Still no response.
You shouldn't take peoples money until you are able to produce the product. Period.
Needless to say I have cancelled my subscription. I will take my business where it is valued and appreciated, because this aint it. A response to my email with truth would suffice, but nothing. Really? Ok.
Also, I order multiple items at the same time and instead of sending them together their sent separately and you must pay shipping for each. Another thing that makes no sense to me.
This company is terrible
This company is terrible. And while I do empathize with Kelis because I think some of the delays had to do with her husband being ill, if you’re open for business and taking money then you need to provide the service in a timely way. (She claimed the delays were because of COVID but at this point, that’s BS). I placed an order in January that took a full 8 weeks to arrive, and then it was poorly packed with products leaking and absolutely none of it was what was advertised and nothing worked like it was supposed to. Broke me out, all the fragrance gave me headaches and the jars themselves weren’t even completely filled. She needs to shut this operation down until she can professionalize it and be accountable. Stop taking money and delivering a subpar product. I consider the $150 I spent a “love offering”—she clearly needs that money way more than I do. Lesson learned and buyer beware.
Horrible Customer Service
This company has horrible customer service. Several of my emails have gone unanswered, but the one time I did get a response, I was told they would follow up during normal business hours...which never came.
They are constantly on Instagram stating they are adding new bundles and gold mine boxes and "restocking" them knowing full well there are customers who have been waiting over a month without receiving their orders. Even if a new item sounds tempting and may sell out fast, do I really want to drop another one to two hundred dollars plus additional shipping before I get what I've already purchased? They will take money from your account immediately and eventually send shipping notifications that may cause momentary excitement, but then weeks later, UPS will say the items were never in their possession. We know the company says "it's not a drive thru" so we wait some more.
If and when you receive your order, you may have to spend time sifting through months of 30+ minute instagram videos to figure out how to use what you purchased because the company does not provide directions with the items or on the website. Why? Also, the company does not always state how many ounces of an item you are purchasing, you just have to wait and see that you may have just spent a bill on a tiny amount of something.
If you happen to like what you purchased, you may not be able to purchase it again because many items are considered "limited edition." I don't want to get hooked on an item that I will need to replenish that is no longer available for purchase.
In my opinion, the buying experience with this company is frustrating and needlessly stressful. There is so much effort put into selling the products via Instagram, but I really do wish this company would work on their customer service once the money changes hands.
