Let down and bad communication
I ordered a jumper from Boutique Store through Lyst. The delivery time stated was 2 -5 days. When, much later,12 my order didn't arrive and there was no word from Boutique Store I contacted Lyst only to find my order had been cancelled with no reason why. I subsequently went onto the Boutique Store site where the jumper was showing as out of stock. Why could Boutique store not inform me my order was cancelled? I won't use them again.

I have tried to contact this company in…
I have tried to contact this company in 4-5 occasions via email and also Instagram as I have not received my order of a blazer which I ordered on the 31st august I have had no response to date from anyone regarding my order. This is the first time I have ever had no response from an online shopping store. I really like the blazer and it’s a shame I haven’t got it nor had any response from boutique store.

Thank you for such wonderful products. It arrived perfectly packaged and very quick too. We ordered the Dino Roar range, harness, lead and poo bag, they were well made, lightweight which we wanted, and beautiful designs. We had an issue, I ordered the wrong size but everything was handled well and we got the correct size delivered promptly.
