Great quality but fit issues
My husband was so excited for his new smoking jacket I got him for Christmas. Great quality and it’s lovely. The only thing is, one of the sleeves is sewn poorly and the fabric is billowy on one side. The other side is perfect. Unfortunately my husband already tore off the tags out of excitement so we can’t return most likely. Just frustrating since I paid so much and expected expertly sewn garments for the price.

The shoes size I received is about size 9-10. When I put on, there is about 3cm room in the back of my feet
Its too bad that I can't return!
I am very upset and disappointed with this order, and i was wondering what kind of size conception you have!
Size 7 is size7 in worldwide(eu37)
My feet is 23 cm and this shoes is 26 cm!! I have no friend who I can give has such a big feet.

Two robes and counting!
I bought a second Bown robe for my husband, for down at our tiny shore shack where the only shower is outdoors. This will be my go-to gift for men. A fantastic choice of colors, excellent plush cotton fabric, beautiful construction, and great customer service. Also: a U.S. presence, which means no tariff. It's a grand slam!

Not exactly the same
The bag the robe came in I'm not impressed and the rope lining was ok too but not throughout. My husband seems to like it though! But I remember the quality in the 90s 2000s it was much better. Keeping the item and marking 5 stars anyways

Simply the best!
Our son has a Cunard dressing gown that is the envy of the entire family and I discovered it was made by Bown. Now the entire family has their robes and my husband is now the proud owner of a gorgeous cobalt blue robe! It’s wonderful quality, absorbent, elegant and, crucially, is of a longer length.

Item yet to arrive..well past 10 days
I ordered my package on the 5th of December and have yet to receive it. It is now the 21st (almost 22nd) of December. I contacted customer service to ensure the item would arrive before Christmas prior to ordering. I was ensured there was plenty of time. I paid a lot for shipping…this is disappointing
