Absolutely faultless. I ordered a polo shirt in the wrong size. Everything was perfect and I was impressed.

I wanted to take the replacement on holiday and Zia made sure it was with me in record time. This involved trust, flexibility and a helpful customer focus, which was 5 star treatment.

As for the garment - Not only did I receive many compliments about it in the Canary Islands, but my son borrowed it for St Patrick's Day and received several positive comments himself from his age demographic.

This was my first dealing with Real Hoxton, but it definitely won't be my last. Impressive on every level!

I bought an awesome Green Madras shirt. I love it. It's colourful and fits well. Washed nicely thanks Real Hoxton. Down the road from my stomping ground. Highly recommend for excellent choice of stuff.

Jacket looks decent, it's currently hanging up in the hope a couple of creases in the shoulder area fall out. I suppose I could always iron it, but I'd rather not?

Initial delivery nice and fast, slight problem with item but this was resolved quickly by Zia and replacement item also sent out quickly. Item (jungle green fatigue trousers) is fantastic.

The people at Real hoxton were very helpful and friendly. The delivery came very quickly. The shirts are of top quality.
