Good quality but some same size shirts are very different in fit and length

I was a bit disappointed because I ordered 3 size medium shirts and I was sent 2 medium and 1 XXL.

I mentioned this in an email but didn’t receive a reply.

I’ve given the wrong sized shirt to a pal cos I haven’t the time to post this back nor did I want to pay to do so.

I bought a beautiful leather bomber jacket. Exceptional. Class. Awesome. Peace and love. Credit were credits due.

First of all, let's put aside one thing: this review is not about product quality in general but about sizing. This is my second purchase of a real Hoxton Product. I wish I could buy more product from the cie, BUT been located outside the UK makes me think twice before buying the brand's products due to shipping cost AND especially custom fees and prohibitive cost on returns. So that been said, when I buy some article I obviously refer back to the sizing charts provided by Real Hoxton to be sure that I am not buying the wrong product. But that's where the problem lies: are the charts really accurate or is quality control not top notch? The first product I bought was true to size for me who's North American - I did not have to size up. The second product - and there were two of them; cut exactly the same - was way too small. So, am I facing sizing issues or quality control issues? All in all, sending them back would cost me a fortune and I am stuck with unusable coats that I will have to try to sell "used" on some on-line Platform.

I purchased a quilted Mac from this shop as a present from my Mother for Christmas.
The Mac arrived promptly and the fit was perfect for me. Especially as I am only 5ft 7inches the Mac is not too long.
It was purchased about a week before “Black Friday”. On Black Friday the Mac had been discounted by approximately 20%, from £119 to £95.20.
I emailed Real Hoxton explaining my disappointment with having purchased at the higher amount, also saying I didn’t want to be petty and return the garment and re order.
I received a reply within the hour ( on what is a very busy day for the company) advising that I had been refunded the difference of the original to sale cost.
This small independent business was extremely fair and honourable in its speedy response to my email.

My son's bought me one for my birthday, but in the wrong size.
I returned and got an exchange without any bother with the replacement arrived in just over a week.
Jacket is superb quality and look brilliant, can't wait to show it off.
