Been looking for a watch for a while, found Box & Docs & just the watch I wanted! It was immaculate, I was blown away! Great website, fantastic communication, very swift postage, an absolute pleasure doing business with Martin. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience dealing with Martin. Smooth and quick transaction and the watch was in an even better condition that it appeared in the photos on line. Cant recommend highly enough.

I got a good feeling right from the start with Martin.
He was very clear with answers to my questions,
Clear about payment and how to navigate each part of the process.
No pressure was applied at any time to push for a sale.
A very pro active approach answering my texts even out of hours and on a Sunday.
Which I didn’t expect.
The watch was sent out and arrived within a day and a half of payment.
Given it was a bank holiday I thought this was super quick.
I had the watch checked over at goldsmiths and all was in order .
Everything matched the description.
I asked about a small nuance with the box which he was very open about and answered to the best of his knowledge with no attitude coming across.
Very professional.
It was more a question from a watch nerds perspective which my AD had also never noticed before which fell in line with what Martin said.

Martin provided an excellent service. I had a Rolex I wanted to sell, and contacted him via WhatsApp. I provided some pictures and he gave me a valuation immediately. We met the next day at his shop where he examined the watch, confirmed the valuation and we completed the transaction there and then. with the money transferred immediately. I was really pleased with the offer, and the service was simple and easy. Thoroughly recommend!

Martin was very professional and he made it very easy for me to sell my watch. It was done in about 10 minutes. There was no stress, even though I was parting with my Tag Monaco watch which I wore for over 7 years. He gave me a good price for this iconic time piece and I know that it will be sold on so that another person can enjoy and appreciate it.
