The owner (Kevin) was really helpful throughout and his communication was excellent. The two display units were made to order being for specific loco/coach sets. The quality is outstanding and a lot of thought has been put into the design of the product.
Time scale from order to delivery was fine (I believe about 3 weeks) and the price was fair enough for cases of this quality. They arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.

It took awhile almost a month, but now with it on my bookshelf with my LMS models it's beyond expectations. By far was the detail on the track more then expected. With tiny clumps of foliage and flowers along the ties. They even emailed me once they got to my order and began working on it. If you want a good display for OO/HO this is the place.

I had 2 highly decorated locomotives that I wanted to display and while boxmint had a twin track display case I didn't want one loco to obscure the other. I reached out via their webform to see if it would be possible to have one of the tracks raised. Kevin came back promptly saying this was absolutely achievable, and within a couple of weeks had completed a case that fully met my needs. The locos look great, the base being solid oak has some heft to it and the acrylic cover is well formed and fits nicely over the plinth. I have no qualms recommending them, I will use them again if I need anything else displaying.

Kept me updated about the progress of my order and the ordered part was really beautiful.

Kevin went out of his way to ensure we got a first class product. There was an initial small issue with the item, and I had also made a mistake with my order. It was all rectified with no fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I wanted a display case for a new 'O' gauge model steam locomotive, following searches on the Internet I found Box Mint, did some research about the company, all appeared well so an order placed. Expected delivery was 3 to 4 weeks, but was a little less than the 3-weeks when it arrived. So well made, so well packed, it really adds to the quality of my model. Excellent piece of work.
