Following account opening and before able to place a bet you requested too much information which is totally financially dangerous and not recommended by financial institutions! Also I requested my account to be closed, but it appears to be still open. Very poor company and service.

It's complete nonsense. They rip you off like crazy. No bonuses. They might give you 10 or 20 free spins for 0.20 cents :))) despite losing €600 or €1,000 :))))) Complete nonsense. The program kicks in and does everything the opposite. If you bet red and black lands, you double it again and black lands, triple it again and so the streak goes on. 5, 6, 7, 8 times...fold and immediately red. And the same thing happens the other way around. Pure fraud. The only honest online casino is PadiPower, I bet them +100. And Boylesport is minus 100. There are no bonuses for regular customers who don't play for 10 or 20 euros. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

P.S. Beginners, don't even bother with BOYLESPORT. The system there is controlled by AI. If you want to play for fun and just enjoy winning, then only PADIPower. They have constant bonuses. If you're not a new player, you get €50 every week regularly. There's a separate bonus for losses. I lost €3,000 and received a €1,000 bonus. Of course, that's a downside, but getting a €1,000 bonus is very nice.

They have a system built so that whatever you bet, it'll go the opposite way. Just start betting, and they'll let you win for 5 minutes, but then they'll take it all away. And there are ZERO bonuses for losses.

I recently visited Boylesports New St Killarney and was served by Pedro. He was not pleasant and when I queried a payout he just said it was too long since I had placed the bet and he couldn't check back on what I thought the returns should be. He served another customer while dealing with me (which I have no problem with) but he also had no manner with this customer either. I have worked in retail for a long number of years and I would rate him as one of the worst cashiers I have encountered. I feel very strongly about good customer service and a hello a smile or a best of luck would not go astray. He really has to work on his personality.

I have given a 4* review due to the very positive response I had by telephoning their help line. No long queue and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and settled my query. My advise is phone rather than respond to emails if you have a problem.
