The worst betting site around
The worst betting site around. DO NOT USE!!!. Had an account with them for over a year, won a few quid and lost a few quid. In December I won a good amount and they started questioning my source of income and changed my deposit limit from £1000 to £1. After I called them up to ask why they did this, no explanation and closed my account and requested source of income and bank statements for 3 months. Sent that over and got told a business decision was made to keep it closed and that I should try again in April. Done the same thing in April and just got told it remain closed for another 3 months and then to try again. DO NOT USE BOYLE SPORTS!!!!!!! There are better sites out there hassle free!!!!!

Boylesport Frustrating Service/Response.
Opened an account with Boylesports,few days ago,in preparation for the Grand National,they had a good offer,any way we had to make a deposit of £10,to unlock the offer,which we did with my wife of 46 years married did with her Monzo card.My wife has kept her maiden name.Anyway Boylesport,blocked the account.Several emails followed back and forth,I asked could I change the card to one with my name on,that seemed to be the issue,they didn’t answer that,but told me I would have to supply the following:copy of my passport,proof of address,front and back of debit card,bank statement,I asked them to refund the £10 to my wife’s Monzo,and close the account,this they have refused to do,and repeated their request for the above,the amount of time,and cost of doing all this would far outweigh my tenner,extremely frustrating/disappointed.
Poor response from Boylesport, I will not give away that amount of personal info, why did they let me set the account up, take my money, and refuse to give it back, not on.Please do the decent thing.Refund at last,Thankyou Trustpilot.
