I had 3 mixed decisions from 3 different agents, before eventually being told that my account was closed for all time. But, this could have been decided and dealt with, on the first occasion, I think your internal communications could be handled better.

As with many other comments on here, the RTP is diabolical compared to other sites, 92.05% on big bass splash, the game searched online is advertised at 96.71% so you can see the complaints are a little deeper than people being annoyed because they’re not winning, there’s a clear reason for this.
Best promotions they have are wager £10 for 10 free spins.
Went through 104 spins and won 48p.
I understand winning is rare, but the speed at which you lose your money is just not enjoyable.
This isn’t exclusive to this particular game as every slot I’ve played on this site has struggled to pay out anything other than what you deposited.
£10 will last you 10 minutes on the lowest stake and you need about £30 to win £10 from my experience.
If you query this you’ll get a copy and pasted script about how their games are fair blah blah which I’ll be receiving shortly in reply to this review.

Made a mistake by closing my Account saying I had multiple accounts. I didn't, but they contacted me and reopened it once they knew they were wrong. Otherwise it's a great site to bet with, and casino has everything you could want.

Signed up and placed a qualifying bet to receive the new customer promotion but they did not honour the advertised £40 in free bets. Was told that I needed to verify my account and had to jump through hoops proving documentation and images of my credit card, but still they did not receive the free bets when they confirmed that my account was validated.
I emailed their customer service team 8 times with the same question as to why they had failed to add the fee bets and they ignored me. I only received a response when I eventually informed them that I wanted to close my account and asked them to delete my data and documentation because I personally feel my data is at risk with this company. They still ignored my original question and refused to dispose of my data and would only put my account on temporary hold. Just feel this site is dishonest as there is no reason for me to be restricted from a gambling site. I also felt I was dealing with an AI robot most of the time as the same email response was given. Either that or each person was just plain rude.

Really poor. Registered for new account with free bets please offer and they went out of their way to prevent me from getting them despite being genuine and following the rules.
Numerous phone calls with promises of a return call which never materialised. Cut off when on live chat. Quick to take my money for the qualifying bet then ignored me.

Volatility changes during gameplay. There needs to be a law introduced that prevents volatility from being changed during gameplay. I am regularly having 50 or so spins of normal gameplay but once I get even a small win or a bonus I'm getting 20 spin runs with no win. The lack of transparency in the industry is abysmal considering profits are always guaranteed. I'd wager that the volatility is even manage by an AI. I shouldn't be getting 20-30 spins of nothing happening on games like genie jackpots or centurion, but it's happening every time I get a win... Shame because I loved this site!
