bprimal.com.au Reviews

Love love love! I brought these for my son who had not warn shoes for over a month due to sensory issues. He happily wears these everyday. It has made his and our lives so much easier in the mornings. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you 😊

Everything arrived quick and on time. The shoes are super comfy this is my second pair now, they lasted year and I put them through hell in the outdoors

Efficient service and quality product. All I need. Would definitely buy from them again.

I've bought two pairs of Lems boots from Bprimal, both are excellent. Fast shipping and great customer service. Highly recommended on every level.

Prompt shipping and item is as described. No complaints from me

Super happy, great pair of shoes and quick delivery.

I’m happy with the footwear, quick delivery and communication 👌

Easy to measure on size chart, fit is perfect. Had a to print a couple times to get the right scaling but figured it out!

Great shoes for tricky feet. Love how cute my Lems hiking shoes are while being comfy and kind to my feet. Ordering and size guides were easy and accurate. Shoes arrived in time for my getaway:)

Highly recommend this company
Commitment to excellent products and personal service

Im in love with Lems. I have severe pain in my left ankle from falling 8 meters. I get constant pain and burning sensations in my toes. This instantly stopped. The shoes I first got were chillum. So the second pair I got were Malibu. I use to love a brand called Sanuks. They are ok but for the cost and are not as robust as Lems. Well worth the money!!!

Great attention to detail, they reached out within the timeframe where I could exchange for a difference size to see if I was happy with my order. Love that. Delivery was quick and website made it easy by having a vegan section so I could easily find what I was looking for.

We have used this product before and were pleased with the prompt delivery

Very quick delivery.
Good product - accurate descriptions on wedbsite and good size guides

The only thing we found was the sizing is very hard for toddlers. As U can't try them on. But just needed to return and try another size. Shoes seem great. Thanks

I was notified quickly when the boots I wanted were back in stock and the process from there was easy! The boots were exactly what I wanted but a tad too small (print out the size chart!), so an exchange was made, which was also easy and quick! Very happy with my purchase.

Fabulous salesperson Inbal made it a pleasure to buy shoes here. Super knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble

My boots arrived really quickly and are just great! Perfect fit and really comfortable. The colour is darker than in one of the pictures which is just as I was hoping.

Had to get a pair of sandals i bought replaced as they had a manufacturing defect, and bprimal were so quick and helpful in resolving the issue. Great company
