I keep coming back because the customer service is so good. Hard to find, but these guys know how important it is. I really appreciate it and hope they continue their great service. While they do, they will definitely keep me as a customer! Thanks

Fast delivery, helpful information if need to return product.
Very happy with my purchase.

Great company selling great shoes. Ultra fast postage, which is appreciated.

Shoes are good quality, and shipping was very quick. I’m excited to wear them!

Bought a pair of barefoot shoes through these guys. Everything was very smooth, quick delivery and great communication. Would recommend

I have both the regular Correct Toes, which I purchased back in 2020, along with a pair of Lems, and recently purchased the Sports Correct Toes. These products are brilliant! Wearing the original ones - while wearing a pair of Lems, I used to walk very comfortably along with my dog for about 5kms a day. I also wore Correct Toes, with wedges added to the spacer slots, while doing Pilates classes. As a result, a 25 year old injury that had caused me to not be able to stand on my tippy toes, because of my left big toe joint being somehow stuck, due to a fracture and dislocation. It’s coming up for six years, since wearing Correct Toes fixed the issue, which was a huge surprise! The joint remains perfectly workable. I’m currently wearing them again to fix a dropped arch on my right foot, and a wonky big toe, which is getting way too chummy with the toe next to it! I have used them for 4 days, thus far, and can already notice a difference. Some issues take months to resolve, so I suggest sticking at it with your Correct Toes. Be consistent. Be rewarded! Use them whenever your feet feel tired or painful. Your feet, ankles and even your knees will feel so much better. Add to that, the customer service is top notch! And delivery is very prompt.

Shoes were as described. Very good quality. Received delivery with no problems. Would buy again.

Purchased Bondi beeswax from bprimal for my bike bags & so glad I did. The Bondi beeswax is an excellent product for any leather goods to help protect it from the aliments & it doesn't leave any residual film making it easier to clean. Thanks to the team at bprimal for there excellent customer service & fair prices and prompt postage.

The Webshop offers a wide range of zero-drop, wide shoes and provides useful guides to determine appropriate shoe sizes. I purchased two pairs of LEMS shoes which were well made and comfortable from the start. Delivery was prompt with tracking.

I love my new shoes, they are just what I hoped for and immediately made my feet and whole body feel better. Service was good, sizing advice was correct. Thank you very much, I’ll be sure to purchase another colour in time.

Fastest delivery I've had to WA from shoe and non shoe companies. Shoes are great quality. I've ordered from bprimal before and needed to swap for a different size, the exchange was very easy and smooth

We had trouble getting the right size for my husband's swollen feet, our problem, not the size of the shoes. We took out the insurance of free return etc, and it was so easy. We had to do this twice. Once again, not the shoes fault, it was his difficult to fit feet. Bprimal are an excellent company to deal with, they make the returns so easy! Thank you

Friendly and helpful, got a good deal.

Great experience ordering my husbands Lems as a birthday gift. This will be his 2nd pair, he loves them! The parcel arrived on time & their customer service was fantastic - even though I ordered them last minute before his birthday! Thank you

Thank you for making online shoe shopping a pleasure with such a reasonably priced return guarantee when items don't fit!
I found that once the returned items arrived at your warehouse, the issue was dealt with seamless efficiently! Thanks again. (:

Bprimal was fantastic to deal with the owner himself recommended shoes the lens primal 3. This was to help with my plantar fasciitis and to his credit they are working wonders. They have the grounded feel and highly recommend the company and staff.
