bprimal.com.au Reviews

Received my shoes in a few days, no problems and straight onto my feet every day. Greay follow up to make sure everything was ok. I've ordered shoes multiple times from bprimal and they are my go to place for shoes

The purchase process online was a breeze. The $2 unlimited return option is brilliant. Didn't have to return anything this time though. Both pairs fit perfectly. Since I have started wearing Lems my feet have changed so much for the better.

Great service. I finally found the runners that I’ve been looking for. I’ll be back!

Fast delivery to initial purchase and prompt response to subsequent exchange. Highly recommend.

The ease with ordering and the quick dispatch and notifications of the item.Packaging of the item was outstanding too.Thank you BPrimal.

Good customer service. Good shoes.

The size is a perfect fit and truly comfortable to wear all day. Can't stop and will not stop talking about them.

The products ordered came in two different packages from different stores. When the second package arrived a few days after the first it was missing one of the items ordered.
I sent an email to inform them and then had to provide photos of the items received, though I'm not sure what that proved! I then had a follow up email with an appology for the missing item, and it would be sent on for investigation and resolution. A further email came and said they would get another set sent out as soon as possible.
This indeed happened and I received the item in good time. Mistakes happen easily enough, though with dispatching ordered items better care could be taken.
Still, I know they are honest and trustworthy to buy from and will certainly be happy to do so again.

Quick delivery, great boots (LEMS boulder boots)

Perfect fit, Perfect Shoes, Great colour, and quick service, so that would be an A+

Socks arrived in good order and are excellent. Questions were answered. I look forward to the Brisbane store

Great service from William. I felt my concerns were understood and taken care of. Thanks

Love the Lems boots, and the service from Bprimal has been exemplary. Will definitely shop with them again.

Wish I bought these shoes many years ago! The wide toe box is soo much comfier than any other work shoe I’ve ever worn. Highlyyyy recommend.

The return process was easy and fast - well done.
Maybe i was spoilt with the bolder boot purchase previously and the information provided prepurchase - I think it said 'take a size larger than your normal size'. worked perfectly. in the case of this purchase there wasn't the same infomation.

I bought shoe insoles to help my plantar faciitis & I'm finding them great. Cushioning my sore foot while working long hours. B primal offer alot of different products for foot issues. Easy website to navigate. Delivered with care & quick.

My Lems boots and deck shoes fit perfect and are so light and comfy. After wearing flip flops/ thongs for years its nice to feel like Im still wearing no shoes.
Hopefully they last…

What I ordered arrived accurately and quickly. The inner soles are just what I was looking for

Quick, efficient service. The shoes were exactly as described and fitted well. Very light and comfortable.

Great product - Lems shoes are the best - prompt delivery.
