I will be buying more of the Correct Toes Sport. I wear them every day. I am loving how my feet are changing, my bunion pain is gone and soon my whole bunion will be too. It is so important to fix your feet if you want to maintain the mobility of your feet and therefore walk and do everything in life better!

Shoes arrived quickly.
The original Freets were too big big. Returns were simple and new ones arrived quickly.
The beprimal shoes feel good, more like wearing socks.
With the Freets I am getting used to feeling the texture of where I walk.

I've never been so pleased to receive a bad-news email!
Whilst waiting for my shoes to arrive, I received an email from Bprimal to inform me of a delay - my shoes were in one of 27 containers that were delayed in-transit due to bushfires that had temporarily closed the rail line into Perth.
It turned out to be only a one or two day delay, but I was so impressed by the fact that I received an email, by its clarity and the amount of detail in it, and the sense of care for myself and my order, which were evident in the way it was worded.
It was first class customer service.

Great service and product

I purchased a pair of Freet Tanga 2 barefoot shoes online from BPprimal. The stated purpose on both Freet and BPrimal's website is to use Freet Tanga 2 for running, hiking and walking-everyday wear. Within 5 days of use for walking, the upper tore. I contacted BPrimal about the tear and was advised that the rip occurred because of the way I walk. My walking gait involves dorsiflexion. This is presented as an aberration requiring exercise therapy when in fact dorsiflexion is a natural and necessary part of walking.
If the gait does not mobilise sufficient dorsiflexion, it can make it difficult to walk, climb-hike and run.
They sent a YouTube video with a guy stating he is not qualified to offer advice, advising on why the mesh on similar style shoes rip and its solution. He attributes it to dorsiflexion and offers exercises on how to loosen the muscles to prevent dorsiflexion. This is clearly a potential health risk. It will hamper the way one walks.
BPrimal deemed it 'wear and tear'. I was advised to undertake exercises to reduce the amount of dorsiflexion my gait incurs.
The repair solution offered by BPrimal is that I attach 'DUCT' tape and or 'MOLESKIN' to the back of the mesh. This is borderline comical if not so outrageous. These shoes have a mesh upper made from recycled coffee. It is very soft material. It cannot support the rigours of its purported use. If dorsiflexion is responsible for the tear, then, it would have done so with any number of Barefoot shoes that I own: these shoes are made from leather, vinyl and fabric. None of these have ripped or torn. I have also approached a cobbler, who in written statement says that the material is too soft and it is a problem hee sees often. BPrimal have refused to refund my money. They made it a warranty issue seeking a claim against the manufacturer Freet. A warranty is an addition to Australian consumer law rights given automatically to Australian consumers. Businesses offering goods and services are to offer a repair, replacement or refund independent of businesses warranty. BPrimal have not done this. Their replacement, which I don't want is conditional upon the Freet warranty. BPrimal are in breach of Australian Consumer Law and fall into the group of retailers that the ACCC are concerned with. They mislead, while kicking and screaming that they are honourable when in fact they are being unlawful. Do not purchase from this store or associated businesses. In particular similar products.
