Prompt delivery post-ordering and decent delivery guy. I'd have given 5-stars but delivery price for an under 1-mile journey is too steep.

Usually good service but this time was even better. Ordered at about 15:30 on Monday and delivered at about 10:30 on Tuesday morning

Easy to order online and good driver.
Easy to order online except did not understand delivery options buttons. Left it as free delivery by default but would have paid to select delivery time. Driver was great - very cooperative to place item in best location on drive.

Travelled 45 minutes to collect my…
Travelled 45 minutes to collect my order only to find out that the brand was closed! Website said branch closes at 4pm on a Saturday, only to arrive at 2:30 and everything closed and locked up. Google and branch info on the Bradfords site said 4pm closure! Won't bother again!
