I received my package in a timely manner (it was delivered to the wrong house but I did receive it later the same night). The product was securely packaged and I look forward to purchasing more items in the near future.

First time ordered from this company, pls don’t buy their flavor oils for lip balms, they’re too bitter even by adding the lip smacking sweet flavor oil as was suggested, the lip balm made, tasted like cleaning product, the flavor oils I ordered were Peach, strawberry shortcake, vanilla mint and the lip smacking sweet. I wasted a lot of money since I can’t use them.

We are concerned to hear that your lip balms had an unpleasant, chemical-like taste even after following our formulation suggestions. Some people are more sensitive to the ingredients in flavor oils than others, and we make our sweetener the same way. We recommend using a small amount of stevia or another oil-soluble sweetener in your lip balms.

Scents need to be stronger
Some of the samples were great and strong like I like them, however some were faint but smelled good but could barely smell it which I did not like. And it took forever it seemed to receive in the mail but the order was filled correctly this time. Last time I was missing one trial and brambleberry sent it immediately and with customer service person was pleasently. I love that there are no phylates in these and no pareeben is a few. I feel like I and my customers are getting the best because some other brands on the market that state no phylates, I think some other brands have them because they feel and smell more chemically after at first they smell good but then other brands make you sick if you have sensitive sinuses and skin.
Love tobacco bay, frosty fur( Christmas tree scent) and rose. Like cashmere but it is a weak smell, too soft for me, if I'm gonna spend money on fragrance oil, I want it strong, I want to smell it, without trying hard. Please do not discontinue your strong fragrances, I'm craving more brambleberry stronger scents. Please make your fragrances stronger smelling and scents that linger and last. Thank you.

I love their products, good quality. The only thing I noticed was the Peach Shimmer mica powder was not peach, it was the same as the rose gold color.

My package never arrived
My package never arrived. It’s sitting in a bin somewhere missclassified as international mail. I’m giving three stars only because when Brambleberry found out what happened they reimbursed me. So disappointed. It was for a large slab of Christmas soap and now I’m pushed down to the wire having to use a fragrance from another distributor that I’ve never used before. To say it’s a little stressful as an understatement. 😢
