Order was transferred from USP to USPS. USPS required PO Box listed first, before physical address, and therefore returned to sender.
What is the status of this order now?

Enjoying the candle making!
Enjoying the candle making! This is my first time making them. My daughter is thrilled and seems to be having more fun than I am. The website made it very easy to learn about the different products available and we were able to get everything we needed for our project (simple candles in recycled jars). Thank you! We will be back!

We are so excited to hear that you and your daughter are having such a wonderful time with your very first candle-making project! It is fantastic to know that our website helped you easily find all the supplies you needed to upcycle your jars. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we look forward to helping you with your next creative project!
Good quality products
Good quality products, shipping cost are very reasonable. Shipping times are average compared with other suppliers. My biggest complaint is the crappy labels BB puts on their bottles of fragrances. First thing I do is make a new label using masking tape to indicate what the fragrance is. The moment you spill any FO on the original label it will fade as as to make it unreadable. I have also found BB has a tendency to discontinue products without warning. Several micas that I have bought and used on a regular basis are no longer sold. Now if I find a product that I like from them I over buy just to make sure I have a good supply. I really appreciate that they have a lot of good soaping information on their fragrances oils. They also have a lot of good instructional videos on soap and candle making.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We're happy to hear that you are pleased with our product quality, reasonable shipping costs, and our educational videos and soaping information. We also value your honest input regarding areas where we can improve.
We recognize how frustrating it is when essential details on bottle packaging become illegible due to liquid spills, forcing you to create temporary tags. Your experience highlights a clear need for more durable packaging materials that can withstand accidental contact with oils. Additionally, we note your concerns regarding the sudden unavailability of favorite items like specific colorants, which creates uncertainty and forces you to purchase excess stock.
We are actively sharing your comments with our packaging and inventory teams so we can evaluate stronger, spill-resistant label options and improve how we communicate product availability changes in the future. Thank you for your continued support and for helping us enhance our overall customer experience.

First Order
I ordered 11 items once from Bramble Berry and am very satisfied with the accuracy of the order and quality of the product. I purchased the melt and pour soap which is so much better than the melt and pour soap from other retail outlets. The lip balm kit had easy instructions and the product is lovely and smells wonderful. I like this site so much I just placed a second order for most of the essential oils.

Besides shipping and delivery taking…
Besides shipping and delivery taking forever, my order was damaged. The website says you will get a response within 24 to 48 hours and it has been over a week. I cannot get a resolution let alone somebody to get back to me. I think the products are great but when customer service is not up to par, it makes you want to shop elsewhere.
