We are so glad you loved our fragrances and found our communication smooth. Thank you for your review.
I was trying to order the trial size GOGO.
I was trying to order the trial size.
Order 10 for the cost of 5.
Most likely due to my inexperience with the website. I stumbled through and only have 5 trial frag. That i most likely would not have ordered in the first place.
I will however try again. I believe that the company will be very helpful.

So sorry you weren't able to take advantage of the 10 for 5 promotion on our trial sizes. I know that's disappointing! In order to get the promotion, you have to add all 10 trials to your cart and then, at checkout, you will see 5 of those trials discounted to zero. If you don't see the discount, double-check that your 10 trial sizes aren't essential oils or already discounted, as they're excluded from this promotion. And of course, if you have any questions or need anything at all, please reach out to us at info@brambleberry.com.

From A Looooong Time Fragrance Fan
I've been a fan of Bramble Berry for longer than I can remember. The fragrances have always been my focus. I use than around my home for the refreshing scents that elevate the ordinary to a higher level. When an oil no longer interests me, I pour it on the rug at my front door to greet visitors. Last a long time and never fails to get a heads up!
This batch will be enjoyed for many years to come! The "Tobacco and Bay Leaf" is a great masculine scent!

We are glad you enjoyed your overall experience and appreciate your four-star rating. We know how important unit details are for package delivery, so we will review our labeling process to prevent this issue. It appears the number was missing when you placed the order. If you have an account on our website, we recommend adding that number to your saved address for future deliveries.
Great company
Great company. Great scents. However, they charge a bit for shipping. I’ve found other sites now that offer great scents with free shipping after reaching a certain cart amount.

The shipping time was better & everything was wrapped well but, one of my mica colors was on all my bottles. I have a feeling - the box was tossed hard during delivery. Just a thought to put “Fragile”. Thank you.

Excellent Quality Butter!
I purchased cupuaçu butter from Bramble Berry for my handcrafted hair butter, and I couldn't be happier with the quality! It blended beautifully with my other ingredients, and the finished product turned out absolutely perfect. The texture and consistency were everything I hoped for.
