Quick international delivery and…
Quick international delivery and product is very nice.
The only thing I would have liked them to include (even at an additional cost) would be ways to measure quantity or some sort of measured dispenser. Currently I am resorting to plastic syringes and that’s wastage and also cumbersome and I am always worried the bottle will tip over.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our fast shipping and product quality. Thank you for your feedback regarding a built-in measuring tool or dispenser for easier application. We appreciate your suggestion about making the fragrances easier to dispense safely, and we will share this idea with our product design team as we work on future improvements to make usage less cumbersome.

Excellent experience!
Had trouble ordering online. Called in the next day and the representative was wonderful - helped me figure out what went wrong, took my order over the phone, and got the order pushed out the door ahead of time for my trouble. Order arrived in excellent condition - well packed to avoid breakage of the essential oil bottles. Thank you for a 5-star experience! I will be back to order again!

Love it!
Instructions on the website are very helpful for a first time candle maker. Very first try was a perfect result, burned smooth right to the bottom of the jar. Will definitely be ordering again!

Customer service, top shelf bar none
I’m from a very small town and we got a new postmaster. She has screwed the pooch so they say. She sent everyone’s packages back. Brambleberry came to the rescue and immediately sent me out my order through a different carrier. I’m very thankful for the crew there. You guys rock! If I could give you 10 stars instead of five, I would

Very disappointed in customer service and business practice.
Short version: very disappointed in customer service and business practice. The products I received were ok, but not the quality I would have preferred. The packaging was just a couple plastic bags. Before I ordered from them I imagined a better company than I experienced.
Long version: Before I ever received my order I was greatly displeased by Bramble Berry's shipping address page, and then their customer service. Somehow one digit was wrong on my street address, and I caught it when I got the auto-confirmation email. Immediately I tried to contact them, to no avail. I tried repeatedly to even simply change the address on my account in their website and it was reverted every time. It took days for them to reply that they couldn't do anything about it because a label had been created.
I managed to contact my neighbor and they were kind enough to let me retrieve the package when it finally did arrive, nearly 2 weeks after my order.
Will never use this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us. We sorry that your recent experience fell short of your expectations regarding our customer support, packaging standards, and product quality.
We recognize how frustrating it was to notice an error in your shipping details and be unable to update your account or receive help immediatly. We are glad your neighbor was able to assist you in retrieving your items, but we acknowledge that this is not the smooth delivery process we want our customers to experience. Additionally, your comments regarding the minimal packaging and the quality of the items received have been noted.
We are also sharing your comments with our fulfillment and product teams to evaluate our packaging methods and quality standards. Your input helps us identify key areas where our service and operations need improvement.

Fast shipping and great customer service!
I live near their warehouse and emailed to see if I could do a pick up. Even though they don't offer that as an option, they got my order out the next day and I was making soap they days after that!
