The fragrance oils are always top…
The fragrance oils are always top quality and the packaging is generally really good. The one glitch is with the collection packaging. More often than not, the inner cardboard lining to hold the bottles in place isn't sufficient (or sufficiently attached) and they roll around. Fortunately, I haven't had one break yet.
An unpacking suggestion: It could be helpful to have a note in the box to let the customer know to look in ALL of the packing papers. Some of those little trial-sized bottles can be tricky to locate. :)
Overall, shipping cost and time is reasonable.

We are glad you enjoyed your experience with our high-quality fragrance oils, as well as our shipping speed and rates. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We appreciate your observations regarding the interior cardboard inserts for our collection sets and the tendency for bottles to shift during transit. We are taking your comments directly to our packaging team to improve how those containers are secured. We also appreciate your helpful idea to add a note reminding customers to search through all packing materials for smaller sample items. Suggestions like yours help us refine our shipping processes.
Watch out for mismatched bottle sizes
I purchased 3 essential oils, 2 of which were described in fluid ounces and the other was described in milliliters. The size of all essential oils should be consistent - pick a unit of measurement, either ounces or milliliters, but it all needs to be consistent.
For the 1 oil sized in milliliters, the quantity I received was TINY, and it too expensive for what it was. If I had better understood the size, there is no way I would have bought it. It's basically several drops. A complete waste of money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your honest review regarding the packaging measurements and product sizing of your recent essential oil purchase.
We understand how confusing it is when product listings don't use consistent units of measurement. Clear, standardized information is essential for making informed decisions, and we understand your frustration with the smaller quantity you ordered. We take note of your comments about unit consistency across our inventory, and our team will review our online product descriptions to ensure all available sizes are presented clearly.
Your input helps us improve our presentation, and we will work to prevent similar miscommunications in the future.
Excellent products
Excellent products. It takes me a long time to receive the order, but I'm very far from them and understand.

Everything was packed and shipped as…
Everything was packed and shipped as expected, however, a couple of the bottles of oil leaked and one of the fragrance oils leaked. Nothing serious, but made unboxing a little messy. I think all of the product was there and the quality was superior. I can't wait to see my business grow using Bramble Berry as my supplier.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the superior quality of the products and that your package arrived on time. At the same time, we acknowledge that the messy unboxing experience caused by the leaking liquid bottles was less than ideal. We appreciate your partnership as you build your business, and we are reviewing our protective packaging procedures to ensure future shipments arrive clean and fully secure.

Buyer of different Products
I’m a frequent buyer of different products from Brambleberry. I like their products very much. I also watch their YouTube channel and have made several of the soap recipes. I have one complaint though the writing on the labels fade. I always have to use a Black Sharpie to write on the labels before the name of the product disappears.
