Fantastic service. Booked at short notice so they used a partner company for the move but kept me informed throughout. Partner company were all very professional and efficient.

Jenna and the team was fantastic! Extremely helpful especially regarding our difficult situation.

My late husband set up the caravan storage with Brant Self Storage and when he died it was hard to arrange re-covering the caravan after a hard storm as at the time I didn't drive and it was over an hr drive away from any of my friends.
The site is user friendly, the allocated slots have demarcation with strings. The site has a safe entry code system so you can rest assured that your caravan and its contents are safe on site.
As it took me time to deal with my bereavement and learn to drive, I was able to keep the caravan on a monthly rolling basis and I was able to take my possessions out of the caravan conveniently, without needing to be seeing anyone at the office (which suited me better, as I didn't want to become tearful talking about it).
When it came to having someone come and view the caravan with a possible sale and closing the account the night before I tested positive for COVID and so was not only unwell but stressed about the buyer who already made a long journey from across the country. With constant email and (in the morning) phone communication Jenna and Ben have been great at handling the third party, making sure the site safety code was not given out and they had seen him to the exact caravan (Aided by specific pictures and descriptions).
I am sad that as a new driver I did not have confidence to keep the caravan, but it was my late husband's thing, and Brent Self Storage made it possible for us to have a chapter in our lives and to then close that chapter.

Just what we needed to help with house clearance when moving mother into a care home. Three month deal with a van turned out to be ideal. Very good service and value.

Regarding Brant Self Storage in Alton, I was looking to store my Motorhome for approximately 3 months over the winter period & having phoned multiple companies, who were all fully booked up with waiting lists, (at about a month's notice, it was my first time so I realised I should prepare this more in advance in future) these people did have one space available left, there was a slight misunderstanding in the booking because I was vague about my start date & I didn't fully understand the system within which they operate but I got back to them a few times, they are a professional company and the director ironed out a temporary, minor problem so I would recommend as somewhere secure to store your valuable possessions, for however long a time needed, large or small as they have lots of sizes of storage for different requirements, available, thank you

I recently contacted Brant on the Isle of Wight. From the first phone call they were extremely helpful, guiding me through the storage process, online forms etc, and suggesting a local moving company. My circumstances changed which meant I no longer needed storage, but it was easy to cancel and again, a pleasure to deal with this company. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

Excellent service received by all the staff at Brant Self Storage from the time of enquiry to putting our caravan on our storage pitch. We even had a nice man help put the caravan cover on which we very much appreciated as it was getting dark and raining.

Location, convenience and ease of parking of the Alton depot is great but being able to access the room at any time of day is the one thing that stands out, especially after using other storage locations that close at 6pm most days and 4pm on a Sunday.

Misleading pricing agreement; was sent a marketing/promotional material and found out due about increase to a small line at the bottom advising of a "small" increase to your monthly costs

Will be clearing out my unit ASAP and never using again

We had to postpone on the day we were due to start using the storage unit. Brant were very understanding and have kindly agreed to hold our money as a credit, so when we are ready they will provide us with another unit.

Really good communication. Easy access and great location. Would use again when needed without considering anywhere else.

Unit was clean and easily accessible. No problems finding our store and advice was clear and succinct.
