I was met by Chris Harman who couldn’t have been more helpful. The units are spotless and very easy to access. The security is top rate. I would certainly recommend anyone looking for storage to look no further as this site in Alton is hard to beat.

To help with our house move I rented a unit in Borden. The booking process was simple and quick and when I went to the Borden site I was very impressed by the security and the cleanliness of the actual unit. I was able to drive right up to the unit making loading very easy.

Honesty and openess are critical with customers and I regret to say that this is where Brant Storage need to improve. Their covert policy of advising vaguely of increases to storage fees isn't clever and creates an image of a company who are far from being completley transparent with their customers.

Two price hikes within a 12 month period equating to 14% increase are covertly mentioned in what on the surface appear to be a marketing emails. There is in no mention of how much the increase will be until such point as its taken by direct debit from your account. In my case the email I sent to query the increase was never acknowleged.

The mention of these price increases is literally the last sentence of a long drawn out marketing email full of images, their recommend a friend scheme and details of their services. It is not in the spirit of how things should be done. The title of their emails is"Storage" and give no indication of the important message namely being one of an upcoming price hike. The wording if you can find it states. "Your next 4 weekly billing cycle will have a small increase which we have kept to a minimum and is something we must do to continue to provide you with the quality service you have come to expect." Many may not view a 14% increase as being "small".

Inviting customers to leave comments on these platforms is nevertheless positive as it offers the public a chance to draw their own conclusions. For the companies concerned it alows them to consider their modus operandi. I am hopefully that this review may achieve at least one of the following:

1. Make potential customers aware of how this company chooses to currently operate and therefore make their decisions accordingly.

2. Encourage Brant Storage to adopt a more open way of advising customers of what will always be a sensitive subject.

I genuinely hope that it's the latter as both Brant Storage and its customers new and old will always benefit from complete tranparency.

I am not seeking any form of refund from Brant Storage. I just feel strongly that they have the need to change this policy for their own benefit and that of its customers.

A couple of times I had to call out of hours for the pin, and they were always polite and helpful. Also, sometimes had problems with the padlock and they were helpful with this too.

The staff were excellent and very polite, Units were very clean and well maintained. The Site is lovely and secure and in great surroundings.

Excellent storage facility at the site I used in Farnham. Easy 24 hour access with great security features. It was quick and easy to sign up and start using. Would highly recommend.

Jenna has been a great help from initial contact to signing up and the removals team were equally helpful and friendly. Well worth the additional money in comparison to other companies which came in slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for! Thank you for making a stressful move slightly easier

From the first phone call onwards I have had great service and advice from Chris at the Alton storage depot. The storage areas are spotlessly clean, available to access whenever I need to. I feel that everything there is well looked after and very safe.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Good customer service. Good facilities. Great price. Highly recommend.

Used Brant storage for almost all my possessions for 2 years in between house moves. Everything remained safe and dry during that time (some moisture due to natural conditions and the units not being heated) no damage to anything at all. Staff all friendly and very responsive. Would recommend.

Looking for somewhere to store my motorhome phoned BRANT SELF STORAGE got hold of CHRIS HARMAN he was very professional and easy to talk too and sorted me out very quickly and security at the site is brilliant you can feel secure in your mind that what you store there is going to be safe and getting it out is very easy at anytime night or day I would recommend them.

When I spoke to Brant Storage over the weekend,I was met on the phone with people who were very polite and understanding,if I was able to give 6 stars I would.i would really recommend them to all whom I know.

Brant self storage (and Jenna) were super helpful and very efficient making our short term storage very easy and straightforward. The welcome pack was great, all very user friendly particularly as the only day we had to move in was New Year’s Day! The storage itself was clean, well looked after and secure. Easy access into the unit as well with a Luton van. All round excellent service!

I stored some household items during building work, in the facility in Alton. I found this to be a very satisfactory arrangement. The site is easily accessible. My unit was very straightforward to reach from the parking area. The facility was always clean and well lit. it was particularly convenient to have access 24 hours a day. I’m very happy to recommend Brant Self Storage
