Renovating a house is 10% planning and 90% panic-buying hardware at midnight. I was deep in the latter when I used Brass Bee’s chat. Expecting a useless bot, I instead got a real person who answered everything instantly.
Then, in a Friday-night-before-a-bank-holiday haze, I forgot an item in my order. I messaged them expecting to be ignored until Tuesday, and chalked it up to my mistake. The staff at Brass Bee swooped in and fixed my mistake restoring my faith in humanity. Their level of attentiveness is genuinely amazing.
The light switch, back box, and handles arrived quickly and the quality is stunning exactly what I needed to add the finishing touches to my room. I’m officially a loyal customer for the rest of the house renovation.

I have bought 3 pieces to add a touch of character to my little cottage- a bee door knocker, which I have had so many comments, then we renovated the kitchen an whilst we had a bog standard flat pack it needed a little ‘something’ so came back to Brass Bee and purchased some bee cabinet knobs and flower brass shelf brackets which have added character and individuality-love them !
