Beautiful Items
I ordered an 'over door' chrome hanger for my flower wreath and a nickel brass bee door knocker.
They are beautifully made and excellent quality.
However, it doesn't fit my wooden front door, so if you are thinking of buying one, be mindful that it doesn't fit all front doors.
It would cost to send it back, so it's currently sitting over a door in the house and I am having a think about what I hang on it!

Thank you for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review.
We're delighted to hear that you love the quality and craftsmanship of both the chrome over-door hanger and the nickel brass bee door knocker. It's wonderful to know they met your expectations in terms of design and quality.
We're sorry that the over-door hanger wasn't a perfect fit for your front door. Door thicknesses can vary considerably, and we appreciate you highlighting this for other customers. Your feedback is invaluable and helps us continue to improve the information we provide on our product listings.
We hope you've found a great use for it indoors in the meantime, and we're pleased that the bee door knocker has found its rightful place! Thank you again for your support, and we hope to welcome you back to Brass Bee in the future.
Kind regards,

Number 3 in Heritage Finish
I received my Front Door number 3 in Heritage finish and i am delighted with the look.. The only downside is, it came with 3 screws and 3 rawplugs but only 2 holes in the number. The center hole is missing. Its not a big issue for me, but it is the sort of missing detail that would make me think twice of being a returning customer. I dont think the option is here to add a picture otherwise i would. Other than that, the number looks Fab!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We're delighted to hear that you're pleased with the look of your Heritage Finish Door Number 3 and that it looks fantastic on your home.
That said, we're very sorry to hear about the missing centre fixing hole and the confusion caused by receiving three screws and wall plugs. While we're glad this hasn't caused a major issue with the installation, we completely understand your disappointment. Details like these matter, and we're sorry that this oversight has affected your confidence in purchasing from us again.
We really appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify and address issues that may have been missed during our quality checks.
Thank you again for your honest review and for highlighting both the positives and the areas where we can improve. We hope you'll consider giving Brass Bee another opportunity in the future.
Kind regards,

A fabulous range of quality vintage…
A fabulous range of quality vintage reproduction fittings. Our coat hooks are large and look fantastic, tho' for a point of reference, I'd describe the vintage brass finish as more on the contemporary side, but they match our hall perfectly.
