Box issues
At first glance, the actual door knocker looks lovely, however the box it came in was misshapen. Not ideal when presenting as a gift. Don't think this was as a result of delivery issues, as the packaging was fine, it was the actual box itself. Disappointing.

Antwoord van Brass Bee
Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you like the look of the door knocker itself, but we’re genuinely sorry the presentation box arrived misshapen. This isn’t the standard we aim for, especially when an item is intended as a gift.
As the outer packaging was intact, it sounds like the issue was with the product box itself, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’d be happy to put this right for you, please get in touch so we can arrange a replacement gift box.
Thank you again for letting us know, and for giving us the chance to improve.

I’ve recently got some handles from here and they are such lovely quality. However, when I received the handles there was one which seemed to be from a different batch so the colour was slightly different from the rest. However, this was sorted by Jade who has quickly sent me a replacement and was really helpful over email. Would definitely recommend this company and I will be using them again for any future projects.

Great service.
The service is reliable, clear, and transparent. Furthermore, the product range is very broad. Do note, however, that you will still have to pay customs clearance fees within Europe.

Thank you for your review. We’re glad you found our service clear and reliable.
As you mentioned, EU customs may apply clearance fees on UK shipments, and we aim to communicate this transparently.
Thanks again for your helpful feedback.
Excellent customer service
Very personable experience and good customer service. The product arrived quickly. It is however only compatible with brass bee products and not universal, as I purchased a bee knocker elsewhere and had to buy a mount to fit my door style but the holes don’t line up. I should have just bought everything from brass bees.

Antwoord van Brass Bee
Thank you so much for your kind words about our service and speedy delivery, we really appreciate it.
You’re absolutely right that our fixings are designed specifically for Brass Bee products, and I’m sorry the holes didn’t line up with the knocker you purchased elsewhere. Different manufacturers use different spacing, which can cause exactly the issue you experienced.
I’m glad the mount helped, but I completely understand the frustration. If you ever need help choosing the right items for your door style, we’re always happy to advise before you buy.
Thank you again for your feedback, it genuinely helps us improve.
