Bought a gaming sound chair for my son which was extremely close to the floor with no facility to adjust the height. I sent a very polite email to the company just to enquire if they did an alternative stand for the chair which was height adjustable. I received a rude repy describing how the UK market was a nightmare and that they couldn't re-design said chair. Extremely unprofessional response and not acceptable customer service.

Ordered from Amazon and the audio didn't work. Asked to contact brazen customer support, and they couldn't of been more patronising and useless if they tried. Something tells me this company has a lot of issues and they just fob you off blaming other equipment when I have video evidence it's nothing to do with that. also says a lot when they sell replacement parts. Save yourself the trouble and do not purchase any of there chairs.

I bought a Brazen gaming chair. The arm covering is puckering and looks like it is about to split. I have emailed Brazen twice and left a message on what appears to be a mobile phone with NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. It is impossible to find any other method of contact. I wonder if they stand behind their products as advertised!!

Just purchased a new gaming chair. Stated on website came with free headphones. In email basket it states mouse so i emailed to confirm what it was i was recieving as it stated headphones freeand they responded Please be happy and lucky if you get anything for free!! My question was to clarify what item i was getting because it stated headphones. I dont want a mouse told them to keep it. Absolutely rude customer service. Might just cancel my order, no need to respond in such a rude manner

Just bought my second Brazen Gaming chair this time from Curry’s. Arrived quickly and as previously brilliant piece of kit. Comfortable, simple enough to put together and connects easily. Speakers really add to the gaming experience! Five stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I have used brazen for my last 2 gaming/desk chairs, i am a bigger guy so needed a chair to hold me. Both chairs i own have 150kg weight limit which is more than enough. Both are super comfy and extremely durable. Very easy to put together in around 30 mins.

The craftmanship is superb.

Materials are top quality.

Shipping is very fast and reliable.

Everything about this brand is a plus from me!.

Already looking at chairs for my son and 2 daughters who like Dad are avid gamers and information sponges.

Was a quick and painless purchase. The website was easy to use and it's great that you can buy parts instead of buying a new chair.

Team were very helpful and I was able to fix my sons chair with replacement parts.

Absolutely useless. Bought from Amazon, signed up for 2 year warranty. Seat base ripped after 30 days due to thinness of the material. Email to customer service, reply basically said it isn't manufacturing defect. 8 emails/22 days later they are denying my emails, denying my warranty registration and shocking rudeness in their 3 responses.

I brought the gaming chair off the range, absolutely no problems when brought. It was a Christmas present and only been used since the start of January. However the arm rest has now become loose and started to wobble, I know that the arm rest wobbling and loosing up is due to the two bolts holding it in place have lost their thread. I made the choice to message the company to get an email back saying ‘you have the buy a new arm rest’. One I won’t be buying anything, I asked for two replacement bolts. And two, I have never seen such awful customer service. This is a faulty item and by any means should not be faulty 4 months into having the product. Absolutely awful customer service. As someone who works in a parts department for a furniture company I have an idea of what I’m talking about. Rude customer service, non helpful and just quite frankly useless.

The chair is great. Really comfortable and much easier to set up the sound than I thought it might have been. Also packs away really neatly so easy to store and sets up again with minimal effort. I would recommend having a blanket or spare piece of carpet to put under the chair as the rocker digs into the carpet.

Bought the Brazen Valor for my 13-year-old son. It arrived a day early and he had it put together within 5 minutes.

The chair itself is comfortable but sturdy and better than chairs by other brands that are twice the price.

The customer service was excellent and the chair was well packaged for transit.

I'll definitely be back for more chairs as my boys get older!

When I tell you these chairs are attrocious they break very easily and are not made well. On top of that they customer service is so bad. They are rude, don't care and have a really bad attitude and the people on the customer service team clearly have mental issues as they can't seem to have a normal conversation without being rude and are very unproffesional. I wasted £170 buying this chair as it broke within 2 months. When I asked for a replacement they said no and gave me an ultimatum saying we can't give you a replacement. What kind of customer service is this. Please don't take this review light heartidly they have rubbish chairs and rubbish customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

It's very difficult to be constructive when the Company will not engage or communicate with you to resolve the issue of faulty goods in a timely /reasonable manner.A lovely looking chair but faulty and won't recline as it should. Abysmal customer service .AVOID AVOID AVOID..£170 down the drain..The law is not on your side as a consumer.!!!!!

It's so refreshing to be able to buy a replacement part for an expensive chair and know that it will fit. Locating the required part was as simple as it could be, ordering was straight forward and I was kept up to date of the process of my order. It was even delivered earlier than expected. Brilliant service and I'll quite happily buy from Brazen again.

The chair is brilliant quality and just what I wanted. It was delivered exactly when it said it would without any issues, would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a quality chair that is good value
