I'm very happy with my laser cap

I'm very happy with my laser cap, I got the 272 Elite as a long term help for my hair. This is very competitively priced compared to other brands, still not cheap, but it lasts for years so it's an investment. Delivery was fast, it arrived in 10 days, as described. For the quality of the cap, it's a premium product for sure, the cap is sturdy, the fit is good, it's large which is important for coverage. The battery pack also seems very good quality. All in all, I'm very satisfied that I didn't have to pay double the price for a good laser cap.

Good quality, but it's too early to notice any changes

Well, it took 15 days from order to delivery. The product was obviously manufactured in / shipped from China. It is in good shape, but it is way too early to notice any kind of change to my hair. I guess it would make more sense to ask for feedback after about six months of continous use.

Everything as expected

I did a lot of reading on the studies for red light therapy before buying. The science checks out so I decided to make the investment for the long term. 6 months in, my hair grows thicker, I can see it in the mirror, so I'm satisfied. The cap is very sturdy, and the battery pack is convenient since you are not tied to a cable, although the sessions are only 6 minutes so even wired would have been fine. No complaints at all. Packaging was good as well.

€600 lost: Refund refused despite official proof from DHL

I ordered their cap (€600) which was never received. Although the tracking initially stated 'delivered', I have since received official written confirmations from both carriers (DHL and Colissimo) stating that the package is lost/undelivered.
Despite sending these official documents to Follicon Labs support, they continue to refuse the refund, relying solely on the initial automated tracking scan rather than the carriers' final investigation results. I am currently left without the product and without a refund, even though the carriers have admitted the error.

This is not an honest buyer. The parcel was delivered and DHL shows that it was handed directly to the reviewer at the correct address, and the delivery entry was done by a real person, not an automated scan. There is no carrier confirmation of loss, because the carriers can only go by their official tracking, and the official tracking confirms delivery.
The reviewer never asked for a replacement, not even once. They only demanded a refund and used pressure and threats to get it. The customer stated they would leave 1-star reviews everywhere to destroy our reputation if we did not pay them off, and that it would be a PR nightmare for us. That is not how an honest customer acts when something goes wrong with a delivery.
We always take care of our customers, and if something is genuinely lost we replace it without hesitation. To everyone else reading this, we appreciate honest customers and we work hard to give you a good experience. But we will never give in to blackmail.

Good customer service

Good customer service. Fast and trustworthy responses. The delivery time for the cap is not very short, but the promised delivery time was kept. My impression of the product after a month of use is that it is of good quality. Now it remains to be seen whether the product really has the effect that is promised. I will write a new review in six months and let you know.
