I would personally like to say I have found the last few months of working with Brickflow extremely straightforward.

The system is so bespoke, allowing us, the lender, to refine and define our criteria - which in turn means we only receive enquiries we know we have a good chance of being able to assist the brokers with. On the flip side, brokers alike experience a very streamlined process and feedback.

Another aspect to acknowledge is the continued efforts to improve your system and processes.

I myself and I’m sure the rest of the teams at HTB across the Development Finance and Specialist Mortgages lending arms, are also very much looking forward to continuing to work with Brickflow and benefit from the service.

Brickflow is a fantastic sourcing tool for specialist finance. It saves so much time and the fact borrowers can get quotes and sometimes DIPs within minutes, either by themselves or with the assistance of their broker, makes it a game changer.

This product provides brokers, introducers and customers alike to be able to source the best funding options across different types of unregulated property funding which in turns provides clarity and confidence for them to pursue the funds they require.

I have been using brickflow since it was rolled out and have nothing but good things to say about it. They have enabled me to slash research timescales and its platform works very well.

Fantastic property searching platform that is very useful and speeds up the process while at the same time making things very clear and easy to use. It also looks very professional when pulling through quotes and searches I would definitely recommended as a useful tools in sourcing finance options.
