Previously we had been quoted - very confidently may I add, development finance which would have tied up all of our available equity and then some to get a project financed and told it was 'the best we'd get'
HOWEVER using Brickflow has made it extremely clear to us that we can borrow a lot more, using less capital up front meaning we have to option to do 2 projects simultaneously. Very relieved and wouldn't go elsewhere now.
