Really happy with the brick slips. Colours were true to the pictures on the website. Good quality. Very pleased with the result.

I ordered a few samples which arrived promptly. Chose, made my order and delighted with the result. They look amazing and really finished my kitchen off perfectly.

Great Bayswater brick slips, we have them either side of our media wall,they look amazing, we had enough left over to do the back wall in our downstairs toilet.

Great service from start to finish. Love the rusticness of the bricks, I chose the old bays water.

With the bricks all being rustic, make sure when you are fitting that you put a level across the top of the row and just pack under the spacers slightly with a bit of card, to ensure it runs in line as you work your way up.

The fast setting adhesive is fast setting, ensure heating is off to prevent drying out quickly. Would recommend if its your fist time installing to not use quick setting or to mix smaller amounts at a time. I run out of adhesive and ended up buying standard setting which you have more flexibility and was alot easier and had more time to install.

Delivery was very good, especially considering how heavy our order was. Product was excellent and we were really pleased with our fireplace.

Very frustrating

Ordered them and took 7 days to deliver they don’t offer tracking to let you plan ahead for jobs and the courier was a complete joke phoned me for delivery slot of a full day / Friday was the only day available so waited all day nothing no call or anything
They delivered on the following Monday which has held the job up completely

The boxs were damp but most of the slips were ok a few broken ones but used them for cuts

I called to place a order for two more boxs to be told it would need to be a pallet delivered so I can only assume another 7 days of hoping for a delivery when two boxs could be easily sent via DPD or other means not a full pallet for two boxs 😂

So as a tradesman I wouldn’t recommend this experience has been anything but positive

All good, lovely brickslips and exactly as described. Would be 5 stars but thought delivery was too expensive, especially as I spent nearly £600.

I bought four boxes of the Knightsbridge brick slips for the fireplace under the media unit I contructed, along with the adhesive and mortar for pointing. The brick slips were really easy to fix to the wall and the adhesive dried quickly. I used a diamond edged angle grinder blade for the cuts and did not break or waste a single brick. Using the mortar was difficult and I made a bit of a mess but with a little hard work it cleaned up nicely. I may have a few small areas to touch up. Delivery was a little expensive but considering the weight of the boxes I suppose it was not too bad. Also, the brick slips were delivered exactly when I was told they would be. The tools the company sells are expensive. I bought what I needed elsewhere including the spacers but that is a small critiscism. Overall I am so pleased with the finished result. The fireplace looks exactly as we wanted it to. I would highly recommend this company. The contact I have had with them has also been extremely positive.

Brick slips arrived in timely fashion and they kept me informed at every stage. I will order from here again if I need their products.
