I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from Bricks. I ordered a past matron sash, it took me four weeks to get it and I didn't even have the chapter name put on it. I received it yesterday, the color looks more black than purple and the quality is very poor. I reached out to them and they still have not responded. Be careful ordering from them.
Scam... No product delivered
Scam.... So ordered from them 28th January, got order confirmation 10th February saying will tell me when shipped. 0 communication its now 4th March with no reply from Email or phone call (1 ring then goes dead) Im now lodging a fraudulent claim with my bank and paypal Im now 3 days out from a important meeting and now left without regalia as cant source in time. They look reputable but clearly they are not! UPDATE: now 11 March they said they cant send to my postal address i reply with another option and no reply. 16 March and they said they will send tracking info for new address soon, I Don't expect to receive anything. Now lodged fraud refund with the bank.
Delayed and wrong order
Requested information on ordering 2 rods. They stated they had them and I ordered 2. I was just looking for the rod with the tip as we have the toppers. They charged our credit card. After a week, there was no shipping data. I contacted the company who reported it was scheduled to be shipped the following week. They then sent me pictures of the product and it was just the tip ends for the rods to screw in the topper. I questioned them. They stated they had what I requested. They did not. I resent the original email. They then said there would be an additional charge. It was written in such a manner that I questioned if English was their first language. When they responded, they got my name wrong. It was not even close. I then searched for their reviews and many of the aligned with my experience. I cancelled the order and our credit card was promptly credited. I will never order from this company again.

Shipping is soooo slow, communication is non-existent, and customer service will not respond to you until and unless you dispute the transaction with your credit card company.
Do not do business with these guys, they are what the “wrong, cheat [and] defraud” piece is talking about.

If there was a way to give it negative stars, I would do it. I ordered an apron on October 22. There was no mention of any delays or out of stock or anything like that. It as of October 29 is still saying it is preparing shipment.
Now; I have made multiple calls on the various departments and emailed. And every time I get the same recording and I leave a message with my phone number and all the information. Yet as of today I have not gotten one email or phone call and it is still saying preparing shipment. One thing they were very good at. Taking my money.
There are many other Mason companies out there people. Don't put yourself in the position that I'm in now. Unless you're willing to wait for an indefinite period for your product that you paid for. This company sucks.

They imply on their site that things ship quickly and that they're either made in the USA or Europe. I ordered a past masters apron which took a month and a half to arrive (despite false claims from their support that "it is set to ship this week" and that they would get back to me with an update). It came from Pakistan and was then routed through the UAE. On top of that, I paid for a leather apron, and they shipped a synthetic one.
Support either doesn't listen or is outsourced and doesn't understand the primary language they are supporting. I'm still trying to get them to refund the difference in what I paid vs got and they just keep asking for the apron back.

Conversation regarding my order went well until the apron briefcase arrived and noticed issues immediately. First, they used a SYNTHETIC leather instead of LAMBSKIN that I clearly ordered. Next, the s and c logo below the handle is badly tilted and not centered. And lastly, the combination lock is so flimsy. I can barely turn the numbers.
Told them about it and said, they will issue a full refund and will send a return label. Waited few days and still no return label. Customer service said to ship it back to the address provided. Just to settle the issue, I shipped it back with my own money. Imagine paying customs tax for this on top of the amount when it got delivered to me (in Canada),and I still have to pay for the return shipment.
Then their supervisor emailed me, apologizing for the product issues and that I DON'T NEED TO SHIP BACK THE CASE! Now, I asked for a refund of the return shipping fee and said, they can't do it anymore since the refund process is completed. I'm tired of getting back and forth with them so I just dropped everything and don't want to deal with them anymore.
Years later, I found out that they used my briefcase photo WITH MY PERSONAL INFORMATION ON THE BRIEFCASE as a picture of their product ad on their website WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I've already emailed them to remove my personal info and will escalate to legal actions if not done.
DISGUSTING. I rarely post reviews but this is out of hand! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE AT ALL COST!

Illegal activity as purchase requires import duties and custom handling fees
They present themself as an EU shop and prices are in EU currency. The order confirmation does not mention any import duties and import handling.
Though the products are shipped directly from China. All import handling including duties must be paid on top. This is nowhere mentioned and also the fact that they price in EU currency makes this business illegal.
This is completely against EU fairtrade law and I filed a legal complain against them.
Only solution is to refuse the products and request a refund in case the products are shipped directly from China.
I ordered a Bricks Masons 18th Degree…
I ordered a Bricks Masons 18th Degree apron through Amazon, expecting it to come quickly through from the US. It is now being held by DHL for "fees," even after I paid an extra $20 for shipping. I can get no information from DHL or Amazon as to what those fees are for, or how much they are. It's Journey started in Pakistan, move through Bahrain, Italy, Cleveland, and it is now somewhere near Toronto. This was meant to be a gift for an Immediate Past MWS of the RC. I ordered it with more than enough time preceding the event, and now it is held somewhere. This is my first BM purchase and it is a massive disappointment, and a huge embarrassment, for myself and my Brethren.

Got 18th Degree apron and collar. Very nice quality. BE CAREFUL: CAN BE DELAYS they can have delays so make sure you order in advance. I had to call them over and over to make sure order was mailed. Delivered just in time for 18th degree but it was very close.

Don’t buy from this company they will take your money!!! I ordered two customized crown cases on February 24,2025, it is now April 2, 2025 and have yet to receive my packages. They gave me two tracking numbers. One from UPS and the second from USPS. I tried to track with both numbers but both UPS & USPS are stating that they don’t have possession of the package which means that package is just sitting in Bricks Mason’s warehouse with a label created and not being shipped. I have called and wrote emails. This is NOT the idea of great customer service and it is unacceptable!! I want a resolved solution!! Send my package or give me my money back!! This is not right!!!

FRAUD
Ordered an auto emblem AASR 32 wings up. The shipping was as much as the emblem. After a week I requested the order be canceled. I was informed it couldn't be because the order had shipped, even though the order still said processing and they couldn't give a tracking number. Finally showed up another week later and was the wrong emblem completely. They ship from China, stay away.
Do not buy from these people! Extremely poor craftsmanship!
They use metal rivets instead of fabric rivets. They pull out easily. The first one they sent, The handle and rivets came out before i could use it. The replacement they sent had the rivets already coming loose.
