This website sells fake and very poor-quality products. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a Western Leather Cartridge Belt Ammo Loops Revolver Holster and paid about $100 including shipping and taxes. What I received was cheap fake leather with extremely poor quality, nothing like what was advertised on their website. Honestly, I would not even buy this quality for my kids.

I tried contacting Beaustar multiple times by email and never received a reply. I also had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because of the misleading product.

My advice: save your hard-earned money and avoid this site. The reviews shown on their website appear to be fake and misleading.

Paid nearly $130 for wooden easter eggs from this site and, one month later (a couple of weeks before Easter) their tracking shows that the order hasn't even been shipped. No doubt, based on other reviews, I'll receive a response to my instruction to cancel and refund, with a tracking number from a dodgy site and never receive my item. Don't waste your time.

They did not send what I ordered. They did not honor the 100% refund. I ordered a really nice, leather gun holster. They sent this cheap, China made, vinyl holster that looked and smelled bad.

I have them up to 70% refund. All I can say is don't do it!!

They are frauds. I have pictures.

After purchasing this item I was given a "tracking number" that led me to a supposed tracking site called 17track.net. I have been scammed on this exact "tracking site" from another company before so the second I saw this I knew I had been scammed. I looked up reviews of "Beaustar" and it confirmed by fear. I wish I could tell this company to go f*** themselves.

I ordered intertwined heart necklace engraved for me and my granddaughter. It's a piece of junk. Much smaller than advertised and you can barely make out the engraving. Please don't waste your money. There are many reputable places to order personalized gifts from and you will receive an item equal to what you paid. Beaustar is a scam. I will never order anything from them again.

Ridiculous company who refuses to take responsibility for sending the wrong item.

They are only offering 70% refund and asking me to keep it. The Montessori board they sent looks nothing like the pictures. It a has multiple hard metal latches and attachments that are not suitable and very dangerous for babies and children

Scammers, avoid at all costs. I purchased a personalised wedding box from them which was cost extra, instead i received the smaller and low quality gift box. They refused to honour the order and instead offered 10%, then 20%, and now 30% compensation. The dispute is still ongoing.

This is a scam organisation, and if you have been scammed by them request a charge back from your bank. I was just successfully granted one.

I ordered a large jewelry box with a name engraved on it. They sent me a completely different box that was half the size, did not match the pictures or dimensions on the website.

We asked them to send the correct item or refund us completely but they only offered a 20% refund. After requesting that they do right by us and give us what we paid for, they would only increase the refund to 30% and then 50%.

We then read their reviews and realised this was a common experience and this is how the business scams people. We successfully had the bank charge back these scammers and I recommend you do the same.

I ordered a stamp, it took nearly two months to arrive, despite the 2-3 week delivery timeframe provided at ordering. Upon arrival the packaging was damaged. The company would not refund my money.

I purchased a 3 rings. They didn’t get the first one right so I reordered it along with another. The remake of the first ring came back flawed a second time. The quality is horrible and they take no responsibility for a flawed product. They came up with every excuse not to make it right. Save your money and use someone else for custom rings. I would post a pic but this site won’t let me.

Scam - nothing like images or products. Expensive. Ordered "delicately embroidered white linen handkerchiefs" for a gift. What arrived was plastic stick on transfers to a poorly made polyester blended cream fabric that looks like a table napkin. Contracted for return and refund. Advised they will give me 10% of value of the order - no refund - no return. The handkerchiefs are so bad I'd be embarrassed to give as a gift. Other related scammed web sites with exact images and wording are "getnamenecklaces" & "myheartgift".
I purchase all gifts online and this is first time Ive used this site - had some mixed reviews but the product shown looked beautiful. Their terms state full refund if not 100% satisfied - quality control blah blah - all totally rhetoric with no substance at all. No google reviews- as would probably be all deleted by the company.

Update: Offered a 50% refund. Refused to accept returns stating its too much postage for my cost. Extremely disappointing service and does not mirror their web site 100% refund / satisfaction.

We ordered an electric, light up ornament that played music and they sent us a badly painted lump of clay. Literally a piece a misshapen blob. It looked like a child without hand-eye coordination made it. How the hell do you advertise an electronic device and send hard dirt?

ON TOP OF THAT they only wanted to give us a 20% refund AND demanded we return the item at our cost. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I'm going to find every review site and warn people that this place is only a scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a Christmas ornament and what I received was not at all what was advertised. It was supposed to play music and look a million times better than the cheap piece of plastic that I received, which doesn't even have any option to play music. I have gone back and forth with their customer service who at first were only going to offer a 20% discount, then 50%, then 70% before telling me I had to accept the 70% or ship it back AT MY EXPENSE (about 20 dollars!). I have no issue shipping it back, but I'm not paying to do it. How can you send someone something that wasn't at all what they ordered and then not refund them in full? This company is a total scam and should be shut down.

Never received my order - this is a scam company

Ordered a product and item never showed just an opened package. Took pictures and sent to them 3 times because that's what they asked for and they keep saying I didn't send pics. Don't shop with this company u may end up spending $ for nothing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM BEAUSTAR! I ordered a whiskey decanter with a name on it and it included set of four matching monogrammed whiskey glasses as a Christmas gift. Received the decanter but not the glasses. I have emailed back and forth several times. They asked for pictures and basically refuse to send the glasses unless I pay to return the old and buy a more expensive one. Rip off!
