I ordered two pairs of shoes and they arrived in a decent time frame. The real positive experience I had, was conversing with customer service about a damaged item on one of the shoes.
I think it's a great business model to ask your customers to provide proof of damages so that they can best assist with issues. The way the entire process was handled was very professional and polite.
I would definitely purchase products from this company again!

Very comfortable and lightweight. I wear them everyday for work. I wear them biking and hiking also. I bought 4 pairs and am very happy with my purchase.

These barefoot shoes are amazing. So comfortable from the moment I put them on. I normally wear a size 10 and while only size 10.5 was available, they fit fine. I'm so happy with these shoes I've gone back and bought another pair (different style) and am considering the hiking style. I am now wearing these shoes all the time, except when I have to be more dressy. Very happy with the quality of the shoes as well. And customer service was very responsive to my email, as delivery isn't overnight. But definitely worth the wait of about two weeks.

Very good. Very good service. Very satisfied with the shoe I honestly didn't expect it to be my favorite barefoot shoe for the price. Absolutely wonderful.

Pros: Excellent fit over the arch and heel; comfortable for daily wear.
Cons: Toe box is on the wider side.
Review: I wear these daily and love how they lock in my heel and arch. However, the toe box feels a bit too sloppy for me. I wore narrow shoes for years, it feels like I could use a narrow width option for a perfect fit.

The shoes are great. I am very comfortable in them and can already notice a difference. My only complaint would be that it took almost 3 weeks to get them.

I ordered a pair of men’s 13 shoes that were to take 5-10 days to deliver. They took 16 days and they sent me a women’s 6. I tried to exchange them 33 days after i bought them, and they refused because of the 30 day policy, not giving a single consideration to the delay in shipping or the fact that they sent me the wrong shoe. I would advise looking to any of the several other barefoot shoe companies out there.

Fit great. True to size. Very comfy. Feet muscles feel stronger already after 4 fab days of walking the city!

This is the only shoe that I wear. I own approximately 30 pair. I was having right hip pain that has been eliminated wearing this footwear. My center of balance has improved. I wasn't able to balance on one foot until after I started to wear these shoes. Now no problem.

In this instant gratification world, the almost 3 weeks I waited for my shoes seemed really long. I like that they are extremely light weight and mostly very comfortable except they crowd my little toes. I feel like a bigger size would ruin the fit for the rest of my foot, so I am keeping the shoes and hoping they stretch in the right places over time. I use them for gardening in a hot and humid climate, and they have been mostly comfortable so far.

This company is not reputable. i want to return unworn shoes. I ordered one pair of shoes in may 2026. They stated they had 30 day return policy, It took weeks waiting for shoes and they finally arrived and they cannot be worn. Not comfortable, one shoe different than other, and strong chemical smell. i requested return and refund. I waited for them to send a return label after they said they would, but they have not sent it. Apparently, they refuse to take my return. They say they will not pay for return shipping. SCAM company in my opinion. Direct from china and will not take returns. False advertising. Bad product and maybe toxic.

Notifications of delayed shipping. I have not received my order. When I enter the tracking number given to me, it says order doesnt exist.

I ordered the shoes in March and still haven’t gotten them. I sent an email and had an email conversation about it when I tracked the order to New Jersey on June 15th. “Jessica” assured me the shoes were on the way. I waited 6 days and tracked the order again. It now says the shoes were delivered two hours before I originally tracked them on June 15th. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I would rate the product but since I had to return them for a larger size I can't, however their customer service and return are less than zero. After waiting over a month to receive an answer as to where to return them to I returned two pair to the address on the shipped order. Then I received an email that since they weren't returned to the correct warehouse I wouldn't receive a refund so now i have no shoes or refund.

The shoes are very comfortable. Having had foot issues all of my life, I am grateful to find something that fits well and feels great on my feet.

The delivery was very quick and the shoes were what was advertised. The shoes are very comfortable and so far seem to be well made. I've only had them for a few weeks but me feet feel good. The toe box wasn't as wide as touted because my toes still seem a little tight.

I looked up the best barefoot shoes to walk on concrete. I was told that this was the best pair to purchase. These shoes are not made in the US, and it took forever to have them arrive because they came from China.

Honestly, I’ve only had the shoes about a week, and it took 2 1/2 weeks to arrive, so I wasn’t impressed by the shipping time. Nor the lack of communication about where my package was or when it would arrive. It made me nervous that I’d been hoodwinked.

Shoes are comfy, though, and if they last a good amount of time, I will purchase another pair suitable for hiking. These seem, honestly, too flimsy for long hiking. For everyday walking they’re fine, and my feet have never been so comfortable at work! I work on a hospital unit, so they’re perfect for my job!

The shoes are very comfortable and fit true to size.
The process of ordering is a little confusing, giving the misleading impression that you can return the shoes for free. There is no option like that. You have to pay for shipping (over $20! for one pair of shoes) which is non refundable. Also, it took quite a long time to receive the order. I also felt lured into buying a second pair at a slightly lower price, thinking that I will be able to return it if I don't like it. Be sure to read their return policy carefully before purchasing the shoes. It's deceiving.

Site says FREE SHIPPING FROM THE US, but they are sent from CHINA and all returns must be sent to CHINA. The return shipping costs more than the shoes did! Under the REFUND POLICY they make it sound so easy but they don’t say the “international warehouse” where the returns are processed is located in CHINA. How hard would it be to say up front that ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO CHINA AT CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE?
