Great service! Made switching really easy for both my home house and my parents house. Customer service team walked me through the process and have already seen good savings 3 months in.
Shoddy To Say The Least
What an absolute shambles of a firm. Any other switch I have made has gone smoothly, but post-switch, Bright's App was down and the website showed no updates to my account. Suddenly, they then hiked their prices causing me to have to switch again...
Two months after switching away I receive another 'final' bill, with a completely different amount to the bills displayed by the website, the mobile website and the app (when it works). Their webchat is constantly down so there goes that option.
This was, apparently, all because of an IT glitch they claim was fixed when I switched (in October), which patently isn't true. All in all expensive rates and atrocious billing/IT/service...there's plenty of competition in this space, go elsewhere and don't look back

The few interactions I had with them were good though up to that point

Best price on the market and speedy…
Best price on the market and speedy customer service. My only issue is when asked to submit your meter reading the app and your account on website don't always work so hopefully they will sort it out. Other than that it's a great company.

Good website and really clear pricing which is good. I signed up recently and was happy with the per KW/h rate. The recent price increase of circa 10% seems very high. I know all suppliers have increased prices but the Bright increase is one of the highest.

Things are looking Brighter in my household
Moving to Bright was the best move I have made in switching utilities. It was a pleasant surprise when my first bill arrived and it was €30 cheaper then my previous supplier and the bonus knowing that I am a 100% green.

Solcelleanlæg købt hos Bright Energy 2012…
Vi købte i 2012 solcelleanlæg med 10 års fuld kasko - Kasko var grunden til at vi valgte firmaet. Da vi nu 8 år efter vil gøre brug af kasko'en er de meget svære at få i tale, og selvom firmaet hedder det samme og den vi købte anlægget af er den samme, så har de lavet virksomhedsfusk og lukket det CVR der solgte solcellerne, så man ikke kan gøre brug af sin kasko forsikring. De er hurtige til at svare når man vil købe, men bagefter skal man ikke regne med nogen form for service.
