Brightsmile Reviews

This is a scam - paid £19.99 and waited a very long time. When they finally arrived they were like a plastic toy set you would get from a joke shop. They will not refund you any money not even a partial refund. It was ordered with a credit card through Facebook.
Their advert is misleading and should be investigated and monies returned to any one who purchased them. Where do people go for justice these days? I would imagine they are based outside the UK and nothing can be done.

I don't know why this company have not been closed down.it is a scam and pay pal allowing them to use their company which makes you feel safer ordering.I lost £20 for something which probably costs 50p in a joke shop.unable to return. Also its the last time i will be ordering anything advertised on facebook.

Scam company- paid £20 for the worst veneers you could ask for...like others say they are like a toy shop set of teeth, theyll never fit anyones teeth. 10 days from China & won't refund as they cover the reserves with " unhygienic as used" excuse

If I could give minus 5 I would. I can't believe I got suckered in to pay £20 for a bit of plastic, that you wouldn't even buy for a fancy dress or be given. Stater well clear. I wish I'd looked at the reviews first.

Bought the clip on veneers, absolutely awful, spent £20 on rubbish, too big, don't clip on, looks like kids fancy dress, can't return, straight in the bin, do not buy, lesson learnt

Omg, paid £20 for pair of these and when I receive them they look so fake, almost like buying a pair of teeth from a kids toyshop, can't even get a refund due the thier hygiene policy. But overall what a crap product and overall experience.

Like the other reviews I wish I had read before I made my purchase these people have sent me half my order and taken my money. Just incredible !!! Website is now down but they should be reported to the police for fraud

Absolutely a scam- haven’t received any times or contact from this company. Do Not even deserve 1 star. Complete joke. Taken my money and haven’t been able to get back. Don’t Use this site!

Total scam do not buy from this company, ordered 14 and only received 7

Thank you for being a truly spectacular dentist. I am filled with gratitude that you are always eager to readily help me out whenever I need it. I felt completely safe with you in charge.⭐
I am always thoroughly impressed by your expertise and kindness during my appointments.
Thanks Dr Nademi

Wish I could give no stars. Please don’t buy from this shop, it is a scam they sent me half the amount of what I payed for and also fake items I was not sent real crest teeth whitening strips !!!! Absolutely shocking this place needs shutting down its a total SCAM !!!!

Ordered 20 and they sent 10. Obv scamming people, wish I would have read the reviews first. No contact details and they don’t reply to emails.

DONT BUY SCAM!! They aren’t real crest whitening strips and they also only send you half of what you pay for 👍🏼

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM.DO NOT BUY.I BOUGHT 20 STRIPS AND RECEIVED 10.NO EMAIL ADDRESS OR CONTACT NUMBER.

DO NOT BUY! Scams you for half your money. I bought 2 packs of teeth strips for £50 and I only received 14 strips when I ordered 28! Horrible customer service when I explained this too. Should go out of business

An absolute con. Posted from South Harrow Post office. Have a look online,no big company would use a post office like that to send products. Why they are still allowed to operate is beyond me. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE ROBBING F******

So i just paid 23£ for 14 Sachets thinking i was gonna get a sealed box they send me only 7 in a dodgy white package and said is correct because there is 2 strips inside. So when you do a treatment you would do top and bottom,1 sachet should be 1 treatment we normal people would think so, not for them they counting the stripes.

Like others I paid £33 for 20 and recieved 10 in a crap white envelope. First time I've ever been scamed and am utterly furious. I will also be seeking legal action.

Have been struggling for money and was looking forward to receiving these. I ordered 10 and received 20. There is no email address or number to contact and now the website has been shut down. It seems like many others have also experienced this. I will be taking legal action.

Paid for 40 strips got twenty also paid for the blue light that goes with it cost £75 what a waste of money i,ve been had.
