Switch over no internet for 2 day all hours was at risk as everything runs off wifi

Speeds great, switch was easy. Eero works a treat. The downfall is lack of boosters! Or option to say pay monthly for one. £119 for a booster (another eero is ridiculous) not ideal for large homes. You can use the eero as the router and use your own setup for WiFi but again extra cost
Sadly had to lower my review. The customer support is absolutely ridiculous! I new it was to good to be true! Any fault you have expect it not to get fixed for a good while! It'll take at least 3days before someone even acknowledges it. NO LIVE SUPPORT OR NUMBER ANYWHERE. they have WhatsApp messaging, not had a reply for weeks! Chat on there site same again!! If you've got a fault that results in no internet, don't expect a quick fix! Sadly I'm now regretting moving. The booster option is absolutely ridiculous! You have to purchase a new eero separately from them for coverage. That's upfront £50 minimum. I get barely any signal since moving. Because I refuse to buy a booster when other services have add ons i.e whole home, WiFi extra.

Were having issues with my broadband for few days and had no time to chat and fix it. Had time this morning and chatted with Emma who was exceptional with her service and fix the issued remotely with firmware update and guiding me to do the soft reset for eero router. Solved the issue effortlessly.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, being able to engage with someone via WhatApp while juggling a busy work life was fantastic, internet went active as expected and the eero wifi router is great, from the minute of activation speeds where already over 800mps.
