IF I CIULD GIVE MINUS 0 ~ that would be giving them a good rating.

They are illegally on restaurant “RIB RANCH BBQ” on their YELP. I ordered on Yelp under BRING ME THAT.
My order was 20.00 they charged me 24,00 PLUS 7.95 FEE.
RIB RANCH BBQ had NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE AND HOW THEY POPPED UP ON THEIR YELP.
BUT…. On my CC they charged me 49.00. I will dispute this with my bank. They are THIEVES and incredibly DISHONEST. WHEN YOU CLICK ON THE HELP BUTTON, they said they will get back to you! A BIG LIE!
I am reporting them to YELP, BBB and my bank. SHAME ON THEM !

I googled jet's pizza. It looked like their web site. I placed an on-line order for pick-up. Pizza cost was $24.86. I immediately got a text from Bring Me That confirming my order and said my charge was $32.34. I immediately tried to contact Bring Me That but they do not answer phone or texts. I think they somehow hijacked my order into the jet's website and funnelled it through them. A big scam. No way to contact them. Jet's Pizza said they have no business relationship with them and they do not take orders for them.

Waiting for someone to start a class action lawsuit so we can all get a portion of our money back and protect others from falling victim. Any lawyers watch this site??

I mistakenly ordered from this website instead of directly from the restaurant. While I did receive my food, the reciept given to me at time of delivery was not my credit card that was used and was one of Bring Me That. My credit card was charged an additional $65 of the total price. There is no way of contacting this company by phone and emails sent were not responded to.

They took over $100 to place an order (the actual order was $65 plus a RIDICULOUS $35 charge for "placing" it) back in February. The restaurant never received the money and I had to pay the $65 for the order AGAIN. I reached out and it took from February to May to finally say "we've investigated into this case and confirmed your meal was prepared and picked up, therefore you will receive no refund." I'd like to add I literally can't afford to just throw away $100, I showed them the receipts showing I paid twice and they refused to give me back the money they stole.

This is a scam.

This fraud business acts like legit online ordering website. Also, charges extra fees without giving any details. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I used them to order a pickup at a local restaurant. They showed what looked like the full menu and I ordered 5 items. My husband picked up the food and there were only 3 items. I called the restaurant and they let me know they are not affiliated with any food ordering services and that the items missing they don't carry anymore. I noticed my online confirmation showed $53 but my bank account was charged $119. I lodged a fraud complaint with my bank and a complaint with BringMeThat. The bank said everything checks out and the food service took over a month to respond. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Order total was $35 and I was charged $58. There’s no customer service to get it fixed.

This is a scam. The website has misleading prices, is not affiliated with the actual restaurant, and is attempting to charge my bank card multiple times for an amount double what was shown on the website. It needs to be shut down immediately.

Scam. Unaffiliated with the pizza shop I tried ordering from. Not only did they show a 4.99 charge on the email receipt they immediately charged more that 12.00 above what the receipt showed. I immediately canceled my card.

I googled a local restaurant I've eaten in for years. There was an order online button, but I didn't see a website, so figured I had to use the online. The menu matched. I entered cc information, etc. Walked into the restaurant and said I ordered online. They said they don't have online ordering, but this had happened to someone last week. I immediately checked my bank and sure enough, they charged me $46 for a $20 meal. So on top of having to place another order AND pay the restaurant, I now have to contest the charges. Then I googled Bring Me That and every entry is more scams. How does Google allow them to latch onto a restaurant without them knowing?

Bring Me That charged my Amex 3 times for 1 order. You then aren't able to reach them. Big scammers stay far away.

Complete SCAM!! I ordered food online from a wonderful restaurant and they had never heard of this company! The food was only $19, When I went to pick up the wasn't my visa that was charged, it was a MC! They take the cc info, charge $5 fee and place the order but pay with their cc. I called my cc company and saw a pending charge of $37!!! The poor woman had no idea this was happening. She said they don't do online ordering. What a sick thing to do to people! I hope this company and every soulless person there all rot in hell!!

My order was 17.00 and they charged 40.00 on my visa and we never got food delivered!!! Scam !!! Do not use this!!

This company appeared on my business google profile without authorization. Customers are giving credit card information without knowing it. This company is involved in illegal activity and fraud.

SCAM don’t use them unless you like Gigi g away your time & money
Oh and they pretend your cookies are disabled so you aren’t able to reach any agents

When i tried to place my order, Chase immediately declined this purchase. Received a text from Chase and i indicated it was a valid purchase. When i called the restaurant, they said they never heard of Bring Me That and they did not receive an order. Contacted Chase and they immediately cancelled my card and are reissuing me a new one. I suspect this is a fraudulent/scam company.

NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO. BringMeThat charged me for a pickup order even though they knew I already paid the restaurant. BringMeThat charged me $26 more (on $60 bill) than the restaurant. Had to cancel credit card to dispute the charge. What a hassle.

Charged for premium membership despite unchecking the box to do so. Despite being charged, order also failed to place with restaurant. At least the refund for both charges does seeem to be coming through but I would strongly recommend against using this company’s service.
