yeah its totally not scummy and predatory at all to make your $10/month paid subscription a checkbox where most businesses put a mailing list/text list, then make that non-refundable, then make it impossible to complete the order without the checkbox selected, then CANCEL MY ENTIRE ORDER 2 MINUTES AFTER I PLACED IT. i have never seen a business more obviously run by con-artists and thieves. everything about bringmethat is a scam

Somehow a $12 order ended up costing me $40. No customer service.

Like many others, I noticed on my bank statement a 9.95 charge from this operation. I have never ever had food delivered to me. I do order online and then pickup. But somehow they got my information. ALL attempts (email, chat and phone) to get through to customer service were futile. I then dug through my statements and saw this scam had been operating on me for 10 months - my bad for not being more diligent. My warning: WATCH OUT FOR BRING ME THAT --

Has tried to take over $400 two times, how is this still open. Scam artist and wanna be thief

Scam! When my husband was on death bed he noticed “bring me that” charges of 9.95. Being in the fog I was it has continued since September of 22. Over the last few months I have left emails and made phone calls to have this stopped, nevertheless no reply. I went into website to try to cancel, was informed that my email was not recognized, so I proceeded to create an account, and was informed that the email address was already in use🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. I canceled my bank card yesterday, the only solution I had to end this nonsense

Complete scam. Repeatedly fraudulent charges on credit card. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Stay away from this page. They try to trick you to register for a monthly service by automatically checking a small box in the fine print. When you uncheck it the first time it says “Order not placed” then you go to place it again and the tiny box is automatically checked. I got charged double for my order. I sent them an email to ask why my bank account was charged twice and they never replied. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. SCAM ALERT!

They accepted my order for a restaurant and when I got there, the restaurant had no record of the order. This is a complete scam. STAY AWAY!!

Customer come in ask for the order and the order haven't been paid, but they already charge customer $29 on a $18 order. I hope the customer get her money back. Total scam.

This company is a total scam. I work at a restaurant and we have people coming and all the time that claim that they ordered their food and paid for it through this website and they are able to show us the transaction but it is in no way affiliated with our restaurant. Do not use this website!!!!

I ordered from this scam company. They charged the 9.99 fee, a tip plus my food and up charge. They never paid for my food and I had to pay twice. SO SAD I reported them to the BBB.

Complete scam. They’ll charge the $9.95 fee even if you uncheck the box. Not affiliated with the restaurant - it let me place an order even though the kitchen was closed.

This is not affiliated with any restaurants you think they are. My local restaurant greeted me as I walked in telling me never to use them again because they aren't affiliated with them in any way shape or form. I am in a small town so to have them tell me that because they know personally. I am truly appalled it's allowed to do business like this.

Last night. I ordered food from a restaurant that this company doesn't deliver for.

Since the restaurant takes orders only through them I made sure not to check the box for “premium subscription"

They charged me anyway and when I contacted them they said I signed up for the subscription. I DID NOT!

I told them to cancel and they said they did but refused to refund my money, stating instead that I would have free delivery for 30 days as many times as I order.

I told them that I unchecked the box and checked that I did so before ordering through the service from the restaurant.

I told them that I also checked that there were no restaurants I eat at that I buy from for which they deliver.
I told them that I want my money back, and won't be using them again.

The person left the chat so I called my bank and had them to stop payment.

More and more outfits like these are online scamming people out of their money.

How can they expect repeat business when they treat people like this?

Not only that but the restaurant also charged me a fee or overcharged for an appetizer. I won't be returning there either.

Total scam. Take money but no delivery and restaurant never heard of them. Check the internet for dozens of more similar complaints.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a scam. Like everyone else, placed an order thinking they were associated with the website and they were not. Half the items we ordered didn't exist and had to correct and pay for at restaurant. Restaurant was unaware of this company and is 100% not associated.

Very upset got charged $20 over my meal price

This site is a total scam. I ordered from a local restaurant thinking they were associated with Bring Me That but they were not and BMT started taking orders for them without the restaurants permission. BMT took the full payment for my food not just a service fee so I was double billed for the order because I had to pay again once I got to the restaurant. I had to try and speak to the restaurant manager and owner to figure out what was going on. BMT turned ordering a pizza into a nightmare.

Avoid these lying, fake, degenerates who scam hard-working people for money who just want to buy some food. If anyone at BMT sees this I hope you have a horrible day and you are human garbage.
