Bring Me That Reviews 

This is a scam. They charge you $5 to pick up by yourself your own order. They call restaurant to place your order, just like you would do it. I asked a restaurant about them and they said they never heard about them or worked with them. They told restaurant they were 'my friend' when they called to place the order.

The restaurant I ordered from called me after I placed my order to tell me that they did not have 2 of the items I ordered. Bringmethat still pushed through the full amount of the original order. That full amount has posted to my account over a week ago. I have not received a refund and they have not responded to email. Don't order from these people!!!

I am a restaurant owner, and Bring me That listed my restaurant as if we have an agreement to work with them. They put a menu that is not our menu. I am trying to find a phone number so I can talk there is nothing. I will sue them if I do not see a response to this review.

Ripped off like so many others. The real problem is that the BBB and the various states attorneys generals do absolutely nothing about it! They all are a total waste of time!

Take a good look at the amount of negative reviews for this...uh, "no service". They listed my local pizzeria as one that they service. So, I went ahead and used them. About 30 minutes after placing my order I get a text saying that I should go to the restaurant for pickup. This was supposed to be dinner for me, my wife and my other adult visiting family members. About $60 with the fee they charge was collected by Bring Me That. When I went to the pizzeria to pick up my order they informed me that they never got it. I told them I used Bring Me That and they told me that they dont used on line ordering services and, yes, they have had other customers in the past that have used this service and got scammed as well. So, suspecting this is a scam company I had to contact my bank to freeze my CC and issue me a new card number. That means ALL my online shopping sites need the new numbers to buy anything from them. This is my experience and you can read other's similar stories. Just be warned and aware that you may have something like this happen to you too.

ABSOLUTELY PREDATORY SCAM!

I was ordering poke at a local restaurant that I have eaten before and noticed on the Google listings that they offered pickup in advance. I was redirected to BringMeThat, and didn't think too much about it as I had ordered through other third-party websites (not this one) before for other restaurants that weren't your usual DoorDash or Postmates apps. The website seemed innocuous enough and the restaurant menu was there. I submitted my order for a grand total of $28, and arrived to the restaurant 10 minutes early before my expected pickup. The wait soon dragged on for a whole 45 minutes as I waited for a text to confirm my order. After waiting for so long, I finally come in to see that my order was there all along. Thinking I already paid, I was shocked to hear the cashier read me the price and for my card. After some initial confusion and explanation, they told me that they never heard of the app and that they only did pickup through the phone. They told me that I was likely scammed and that I should promptly check my card which I did. My card showed that I was charged THREE WHOLE TIMES of the order (not including the fourth, legitimate order in-house), meaning what was supposed to be $28 ended up becoming over $100! I am calling my bank to dispute the charges and cancelling my card because of this. I hope that these scammers will face justice for masquerading as a legitimate business, siphoning money away from small business and unsuspecting customers!

This is a scam. They charged me two times for an amount that wasn't even the original price. I call the restaurant and they said, they don't do any online orders, yet this company like just pushed it's way on their web site so I was charged for the food twice. I'm going to report to Better Business Bureau.

The company popped up top on Google search for a local restaraunt. My wife ordered food through this "service" for a date she had been planning for us for weeks. They said they would email us when the order went through. No order went through. I called the restaurant about our order. The company said "We don't work through any online order service". I wanted to cancel the order. The website's chat isn't a chat. Called the support number, was on hold for 45 minutes, nobody picked up. Went to try to cancel the order through their advertised Google App, they have no Google App. I noticed many people refer to this company as a scam. My wife felt awful and bawled all night for being scammed. We canceled that credit card and will be filing a charge dispute in the morning.

I sent this feedback on 3/2. When I spoke with someone from this company was told that my subscription had been canceled and someone would get back with me on the past charges, however, my account was debited again for $9.95 on 4/2. Now I have to go to my bank and show as scam, contact the better business bureau and contact lifelock to see what they can do. I never signed up for whatever this service is. What a nightmare!!!

I placed an order on 3/5 and the agent didn’t provide the restaurant with the proper billing info. Cancelled order and NEVER received a refund! No contact number just chat online where no one can help you. SCAM.

This is a scam BEWARE! Do not use. They charge a fee when ordering on line and the continue to charge you monthly.

Do not use this company. I’m reporting them to FTC, BBB and feds. They charge your credit card and don’t say how much.

Predatory. They've found a way to mimic your favorite restaurant, squeeze in between your web browser and the restaurant's home page (menu included), take your order then CALL IN your order to the restaurant -- just like you would do yourself. Bogus and predatory. They'll be gone soon, with plenty of credit card info from us.

A scam. Like Mikes story (Feb 2021) I placed an online order and somehow became a Premium Member of BringMeThat. Never received an email confirmation, they just started charging my credit card $9.95 per month. And the joke, and incompetence, is that I ordered from one restaurant (or thought I had) but then received a call from another (2 miles always – and one I had never heard of) to pick up my food. So yes, I had to pick up my own lunch. All this company did was order at a restaurant I was not interested in and charged me $9.95 for that instance and for the next month as a member. Good thing I caught on early about their scam. I just logged on online and canceled my "membership."

Worst customer service ever! Never use them! Showed prof the took money and tried to say it was declined! Clearly it shows that the company declined it because they do not use online payment! Don’t be fooled by this company and their horrible team of not making right!! Never got good and out money SMH!

I placed an order for my parents who are an hour away from me. In the email confirmation I noticed the debit card used would have to be present so I had to cancel it. After several attempts I was told it was told the order was already submitted, and they were short staffed so I would have to pick it up. I called the restaurant and they no clue about my order or the site this site. While checking to see if I was charged, the order wasn't charged to my account but $9.95 was. After being in contact with someone for way too long I was told I enrolled in the premium subscription, I know I didn't. They reversed the charge but seriously WTH

Anyone being scammed should report to the Illinois Attorney General Consumer protection. Go to complaints & fill out the form.

They DO ACCEPT TIPS BUT THE RESTAURANT NEVER GETS THEM. I have Fighting with them to get a list of customers who used their service with phone numbers. STILL WAITING. IT IS A SHAME IN A PANDEMIC WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO SUPPORT RESTAURANT WORKERS AND CROOKS like this steal their money!!!
