Firstly, it is true that we did not reply to your first 3 emails but you did send them to the wrong address so we never received them as we have discussed in subsequent emails.
Secondly, Lego is the size that it is and it is assumed that the buyer has encountered Lego before, the vast majority of our customers are happy with what they receive.
Thirdly, in responding to your many, frankly rude messages, you were given the opportunity more than once to return the items for a full refund, you declined to accept this offer apparently preferring to keep the items and attempt to claim a refund via a bank chargeback.
We can only conclude that this was your intention all along and therefore it is us that are being conned and ripped off.

As for the delivery speed, you ordered at 22:11 pm on 3rd September, your item was mailed by us on 4th September (next working day) and was delivered on 6th September which is accurate for your chosen option of 2nd class mail, we do offer faster delivery options but they are more expensive than 2nd class standard.

Delivered on time
Delivered on time. To be honest, i thought it was a lot larger than it was as a cake topper but it made me laugh. Couldnt see the size when ordering but when I looked baxk after it arrived, it did say lego size.

Great customer service
my parcel went missing due to a problem with royal mail but as soon as I contacted Karen, she worked fast to reorder one for me with tracked delivery as well (without additional charge) and I received the product within 2 days. Great product and great customer service!
