I can honestly say that this is the first mixed review we have had about our packaging, your item was sent in a sealed cardboard box, was the item damaged in some way?
You didn't contact us so I can only assume that you are otherwise happy with the item and that if it arrived undamaged then the packaging must have been adequate.

Needed a part in a rush
Needed a part in a rush. as it was missing from my lego set. Found the part and got it within 3 days. overall very happy. I am still waiting for lego to send the part. But will use again.
