I purchased Coarse Ground Pistachios…
I purchased Coarse Ground Pistachios and Chopped Pistachios from them. Both products contained shells, which are almost the same color as the pistachios, making them impossible to separate. As a result, the entire purchase had to be thrown away. Although the price is low, the products are unsuitable for human consumption. Consider this a warning.

Website stated next working day despatch.ordered Friday afternoon expecing Saturday despatch. It turned out that they don't despatch over weekend. So next working day despatch was Monday.No mention of this on website site.

Review zonder uitnodiging
Dangerous, Irresponsible, Dishonest and Non-responsive
We were recently mis-sold 40kg of produce that had the allergens incorrectly stated. The products claimed on their website to be gluten free and we served them to clients, including some with coeliacs.
On further investigation we discovered that despite claiming to be gluten free, they contained wheat.
This caused a lot undue stress and damage to our company reputation.
We contacted Britnuts on 3 separate occasions and they refuse to respond, acknowledge or refund us.
To this date we've had no contact.
