Fake goods and no response from seller! Not suggesting to buy there!

They're not UK based at all. Clothes are not true to size, shipped from China and based in Brasil.
Worst experience trying to return any goods.

Don't buy, clothes done match the site description at all.

This company is fraudulent. They sell fake garments and when unsuspecting public reject their fake garments. It is difficult to return, it will cost a lot of money to return unwanted goods. Please avoid this company completely. They have a terrible review for a reason

Poor counterfeit items delivered, none existent customer service. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a jacket,
When it arrived it was the wrong colour,very poor quality, and the extra large was tiny,more like a small to medium.
Complete waste of money.
Won't be ordering from them ever again.

Most horrible online shopping site. It took eternity to receive the item, and I'm experiencing same for return. It feels like threading a human through the eye of a niddle communicating with these folks.
They are very awful and don't just allow yourself to go through their misery. You better look elsewhere where you would get a better customer service experience.
I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst enemy 😭

Awful company, clothing and trying to deal with sending items back is a mine field. It's opened my eyes up now to buying clothing online. Fake clothing &a fake company avoid.

Ordered a lightweight rain jacket, meant to be 2xl, large perhaps medium at best,clearly just a con outfit, absolutely avoid.

Ordered 2 R&L jackets. Had to wait a good 3 weeks but when arrived very happy with the product. Cheers team

Fakes!! Absolute rubbish dont waste your money

Ordered two 'high Quality linen RL (trademarked) short sleeved shirts' in XXL after doing due diligence on Britorium. They appeared to have a genuine website with an address in Covent Garden.

The shipment arrived from China a couple of weeks later (alarm bells) and instead of 'genuine RL linen shirts' I received 2 Spandex/Polyester shirts with rubbish RL logos, and as for the size my 10 yr old son couldn't close the buttons.

Communicated with the sellers, who offered me completely unacceptable alternatives. I offered to return the shirts to covent Garden, whereupon they asked me to return to BRAZIL! 😀

For anyone else who has fallen for these con artists, raise the transaction with your credit card company as a fraudulent transaction and get your money back as I successfully did.

Avoid this website at all costs.
Totally fake products. Returns procedure is useless too.

Bought a shirt which cost me £33.84. It took 8 days to arrive which was too late as I was already on my holidays. When I got back and checked the shirt it was the wrong size and the quality is very poor and nothing like the picture on the website. I have tried to contact them for a refund but have heard nothing from them In the week that has passed. No telephone number for them either, just email.

**Update 15th October 2025 - Full refund received.

After countless back and forth emails with Britorium, I have finally been given a full refund.
The "company" is based in Brazil (even though the address on their website states that their office is London in the UK) and I was intially asked to send the goods back to them via a courier. They were unable to provide me with a pre-paid label so this would have been at my expense. I refused. I was then offered a 55% refund and an offer to keep the shirt. I refused. I was then offered a 60% refund. I refused this offer as the mistake was theirs, the shirt quality was poor and was also the wrong size.

I explained that the law in this country entitles me to a full refund and also if they wanted the goods back they would need to provide a pre-paid label. I was not going to put myself more out of pocket due to something that was their mistake with no guarantee of me being fully refunded.

This did the trick and I was fully refunded a day after my final email. Suffice to say I'm happy but won't be buying from them again.

Don't buy from these people. I bought 3 shirts for £117.00 the sizes were miles out the quality of the stitching was awful. They made it so difficult to send items. I sent them eventually but at my cost of £21.00 to some address in Brazil. I got the amount refunded in the end. They have address all over London, China, Brazil, Europe.. this is a company that makes £5 shirts and try to sell at £85.. how its not been shut down by now is beyond me.. stay well clear..

Ordered 3 shirts total circa £70. Wrong size and they were fake Ralph Lauren. Shortly after ordering, I had someone make 3 attempts at using my debit card form what looks like China. Judging by the other reviews it looks like Britorium does not actually exist. It is a miracle that anything was sent at all. Don't bother with the customer service email address either.

Looked great online.
No Telephone number for a London address just a email contact. I don't believe that this address is valid.
Shirts arrived and to be honest I paid just under £24 a shirt , and the quality and make-up the shirt is not worth £5.
I have been scammed for the first time in nearly 70 years. Well done Britorium.
The shirts will go in the next charity bag that is posted through my door.

Ordered 2 linen shirts in small. Website looked good and genuine, payment looked safe. It wasn't until about a week that I checked tracking to see shipment from Shenzhen China which made me think. Delivery came on 15th September and immediately on opening the sizes sent were large and quality was basically crap as one review said not good enough to clean car with.
Just asking all you reviewers have you reported this company to Action Fraud a government site because this company wants closing down and fining.

I bought some of their bull and the offering, I spent £118 altogether and I am extremely sorry I hadn't checked this site out first.

The card company has it now and I am expecting a full refund.
