Never been linen shirt in its life it's a scam don't waste your money

Website gives address as Covent Garden but it isn't on Google maps and they don't seem to appear on Companies House registry.

Ordered pair of walking shoes, the website states Trustpilot 5 star reviews, so went on to buy on this basis, after purchased I saw same shoes less than half the price on ebay, so the shoes are clearly not worth the money I paid. Communication is slow. The website states warehouses in China and UK the shoes came from China, took almost 3 weeks to arrive, tracker system slow, emails from britorium seem to come in and disappear after reading. Shoes on arrival look very cheap, poor quality. Not impressed and will not use again.
Just came across another online shop
JACKSON LONDON, seems it could be same shop, similar items ....also scam.

I gave it one star because it doesn't mean giving it less. The clothing is of very poor quality, made in China, and they won't refund your money. Don't buy anything. You should be ashamed of yourself. The photos have nothing to do with what they send.

To be fair my own fault, I bought what I thought looked like 2 Ralph Lauren shirts. I didn’t notice the listing actually said ‘R&M’ TM. The price was pitched as a Sale and I paid £50 for two. Which I thought was a bargain. In truth they were woeful fakes that are worth no more than £5 each on a far east market stall. I tried to use the returns link but have had no response after more than a week. Beware, the site looks like a fairly respectable clothing store and the pictures make the shirts look good, believe me they are not.

Wanted to return the Rubbish quality clothes requested return address and Britorium Wanted so much information including a Video of the products, photos, tracking number and lots more details that they already had.
I paid via a Credit card and spoke to them about the situation and they understood my problems and gave me back my money.
Within 3 hours of speaking to my Credit card company I received an email from Britorium asking where had I returned the clothes to because they had not given me a return address.
I suspect my Credit card company had already taken the money back from Britorium.
So if you want a refund speak to your Credit Card company or Bank

From the look of it it's the same rebadged Chinese Warehouse crap. The giveaway is the eloquent blurb, the way and timescales for order completion and delivery refund policies. Also the company misdescribes it's true, dire Trustpilot rating

Please NEVER buy anything from this company..this company you would of thought is British going g by the name but is infact a SCAM company from CHINA that infact makes poor copies of branded items....DO NOT PURCHASE a thing from thos FAKE company

Britorium clearly is a scam, selling cheap Chinese products completely overpriced and makes returning them impossible.
Absolutely avoid at all costs

Believe this to be the same company as Nancy of London and Martha of London. Made in China and poor quality, and we have to pay postage for returns to China.
Promoted by Google advertising beware, do more checks before buying.

The name suggests it is a UK company. It is Chinese based.Do not touch this site with a barge pole,ordered three shirts, allegedly linen, total crap, could not even use them as rags to clean my car. I would guess they are made of polyester. Total rip off.This company should not be allowed to advertise in the UK. Do not throw your money down the drain !

This is a literal scam!

Do not buy from here. There is no Britorium store in London, they lie about the quality of their products (which are super cheap) and you won't get your money back, in fact you'll be lucky to even get a response to your emails...

False advertising.
Products don't resemble what this company is advertising.

Trust pilot reviews? 4.9 stars? It is untrue. The pictures in the advert are the same as those for Nancy London, Easton London, and several others. The goods are shoddy beyond belief, are not returnable as they are sale items and are not as described. This group of people should be stopped.

I bought 3 'linen' shirts, size XL from Britorium. After 3 weeks and a few emails, I received the shirts. They were not linen, but a cheap Chinese 'equivalent' which were maybe XL in China, but in Europe, maybe small at most medium. I decided to return them. After requesting return policy details, the response was to just send back to them on address on website. Which there wasn't one. So I asked the specific question as to where to return them, which was Brazil, which I had to pay. The additional clause was they would conduct a return process to check the quality and contact check, which if they pass, would refund the money that could take 3 - 4 weeks. Alternatively, they would refund 65% without return of shirts. So cheap counterfeit goods with difficult returns. Be very aware

I didn't want to give a star but couldn't. Scammers .police need to look into this company please don't buy anything

Bought 3 cameras, arrived damaged broken as if it was run over by vehicle, delivery left outside door no notification or time of delivery, invalid phone number on Amex website, can only contact via email no reply despite few email, scandalous
Where are the regulators allowing these crooks scammers steal funds in broad day lights

Bought a camera that was advertised, but when it arrived it was about 5 times the size on the advert therfore it was not fit for purpose. Sent an email to the company but no reply. I would stay clear of this company. Order number #1784

Says on the website it has over 4500 reviews on trustpilot. I brought a camera it could be a scam will wait and see. If I get my camera I'll change my review. Wouldn't buy from there as its lied about the reviews
