Stay away from this product and the company that sells it
I bought this product 2 years ago from an European professional hair products store. I was very happy with it, the brass color was gone after using Lowell conditioner, it left a Grey silver color which was what I was looking for. I recently purchased the set shampoo, conditioner and a mask. paid a hefty price for it to have it shipped from Brazil. Unfortunately everything went wrong starting with the product that I suspect was a previous return or or was tampered with, and then the arrogant "customer sevice" who was asking for more proof than I already provided and who took no blame, and who said will going to send me a return label and never happened, and lastly with the product itself that didn't do ANYTHING on my hair. NOTHING, not even a faint shade of grey on my brassy hair. I would stay away from purchasing this product. You could find better product with lot less money. It's not worthy at all.

All our products are original and come with an invoice, and we make a point of packing them carefully to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. However, once the products leave our premises and are delivered to the carrier, we unfortunately lose control over how they are handled during transportation.
This was an isolated case, as we don't usually have problems with this issue.

Worst…I checked with DHL and it shows the product stuck at customs in Brazil!!!!! Do I ever going to get my paid for order made in November?
