I was involved in an accident when a car drove into the passenger side of my vehicle. As BRC did a great repair on my car many years ago I contacted them. They made the whole episode easy and straightforward as well as doing a superb repair of the damage. No one would ever know my car had been in an accident. The staff were all friendly and efficient and special thanks to Talia who kept me updated and directed me to the wonderfully convenient “handover” centre right by St Albans City Station where I could leave my hire car so no running round to different centres. My vehicle was involved in a Hit and Run, Fail to Stop collision. I insisted my vehicle was repaired at a manufacturer approved bodyshop.

The repair was extensive, I am delighted with the quality of workmanship and the management of the repair.

Paul Weldon the Bodyshop Manager kept me updated and ensured the repair process was smooth, he was professional throughout and the team at Brian Robson Coachworks were efficient and friendly as well.

The quality of the work is outstanding.

My car's paintwork was scuffed and part of the trim was knocked out of place, while it was parked when I was shopping. I took it to Brian Robson today for a repair estimate and they fixed the trim and removed the scuffing on the spot. On top of that, they did it for free! I have used them a number of times before and have always found them to be outstanding in every way. Great customer service and high quality workmanship, every time. I wouldn't take my car to any other repair shop. Brilliant!

Great service from start to finish. Kept in contact with me and updated along the way with what was going on. My car was collected from my house making it super comvenient for me.

Although I had to wait some weeks before the repairs to my car could be carried out, the finished result was excellent and well worth the wait! I was kept informed of progress and sent a video showing where work needed to be done. The car now looks immaculate, and it was very helpful to have it picked up and returned to my home. The staff from reception onwards were friendly, helpful and very professional.

Just collected our van from Hatfield branch and fantastic job done. They have been so helpful throughout with updates. Van was immaculate on collection. Like to give an extra mention to Kevin, Ian and Brad who were especially helpful. Highly recommend

I just want to say a big thank you to Brian Robson Coachworks in Welwyn Garden City. This is the second time I’ve used them and I would recommend from both experiences.

Most recently, even though my vehicle ended up being a total loss, the VDA, Jack, made a stressful experience a lot easier to deal with. He got the estimate over to my insurance company straight away and kept me updated daily on where the claim was at. The office team were brilliant. They helped sort a hire car so I wasn’t left without a vehicle.

The Workshop Manager was also really helpful and helped me get my belongings out of the car and took the time to explain the next steps. He kept me in the loop right up until the claim was settled.

Previously, I had damage from a non fault accident and this was repaired to a very high standard, I couldn't even tell where the damage had been. In addition to this, the car was picked up at the time advised and updates were made regularly so that I knew what was happening.

Very professional business. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Would highly recommend them.

Due to rail cancellations my son and I were stuck in St Albans on a day trip to the RAF museum, On the off chance I asked Brad in the branch nearest the station where the closest car hire firm was. He couldn’t do enough to help us and considering we weren’t customers his approach to helping was exceptional. Work done is perfect. Lovely people to deal with.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They worked hard to resolve the issue with the warning light on my car.

I took my car to Brian Robson Coachworks in St Albans after doing some damage to the back of the car. The lovely gentleman working there looked at my car and suggested that he might be able to push the bumper back into place, which managed to do, and then did not want payment for doing this. A great experience, I'll certainly use them again.

I called into Brian Robson’s coach works Victoria street St Albans to enquire about removing a bad scratch on my MX5 done whilst in a local car park . My car is 18 years old and a lovely man(sorry can’t remember his name!) explained how much it would cost to repair , he then went into the workshop and came back with a can of something and a electric kind of brush . He then used this on my cars scratch area & removed most of it and it was amazing that he did this and saved me spending a lot of money on an old car!! I offered to pay and he refused as it only took him a short while . What brilliant customer service & will certainly recommend this company as it shows they care 👍
